SPECIAL TRACK FOR MAPE/MAPEH SUBJECTS

For

Homeschooling/Distance Learning Programs

LEVELLING:

MECHANICS:

Parent and/or student may choose any one lesson for Music and P.E. component for a particular grading period by
enrolling in a training institute or school in their local community for at least 12 sessions (1 hour per session) in lieu of
the lessons prescribed in the MAPE/MAPEH local textbooks/printed materials. The student shall render a recital or
perform a demonstration before a live audience covered with a raw video (unedited) at the end of the training. The
raw video must be posted to the Facebook account of the student and shared to the Student Adviser’s Facebook
account and HCSI school director’s account. Both the training sessions (training grade) and the recital or performance
demonstration (recital grade) must be graded by the professional instructor of the chosen lessons and the Certificate of
Attendance/Completion together with the grades be given to Harvest Christian School International (HCSI) through the
Student Adviser for grading purposes.

For ARTS component (for Elementary) and ARTS and HEALTH component (for High School), students should follow and
study the lessons required in the local textbook and take the necessary tests in accordance to the “Mechanics,
Procedures and Grading Policy for Local Textbooks subjects’’.

The parents should inform the school of their choice for their student (s) for MAPE/MAPEH during the parent
orientation with the school.
