DESARROLLO DE LA ACTIVIDAD.
PARTE 1. Write 1 sentence using each one of the modal verbs regarding your duties and
rights as UNAD student: can – could – may - must - should - ought to – have to – need to-
had better - would.

1. I can study each unit of the english course at home.

2. I could finish the activities in the given time.
3. I ought to call the english tutor.
4. I may make contributions in the fórum.
5. I must deliver the sentences on time.
6. I should spend two hours a day to finish the activity on time.
7. I don´t have activities for this week.
8. ¿What else do I need to read for this unit?
9. I better deliver the activity on the scheduled date.
10. I would have obtained one hundred points in the activity if I had participed the
collaborative fórum.

PARTE 2. According to the topic Past Progressive (Unit 1: Topic 3), each student must write
5 things you were doing recently and 5 things you were not:

Hello, Friends…

My name is Fredy Garcés Samboni.

I am thirty two years old. My ocupation is student.
Actually, I am stadying at the UNAD.

I´m single in the moment.

I was born in Balboa Cauca, on september seventeen.

I live in the Líbano Tolima.

In ten years, I would be working in a school doing what I like most, teaching math. I will be a
very committed teacher in my work. I will apply innovative strategies. I would like to be the
best teacher.

I would like to find the right woman, form a home with two beautiful children. I would travel
with two beautiful children. I would travel with them knowing many places in the world. I
would fulfill my dream of having a beautiful house, a car and a farm to go on weekends with
my family. I will thank God every day for the blessings received.

I Will work hard constantly but I would dedícate part of my free time to sports. I would play
basketball regulary, I would go to the gym during the wee. I will have a good physical form
for my age. My eating habits will be healthier and more balanced. I would need time to
relax and focus on my physical mental and spiritual well-being.
PARTE 4. Students must comment about two partners’ contributions and make corrections if
necessary.

I think your career is excellent. Caring for natural resources is vital today. Education in
human values is a very important aspect for today's society. We are responsible for changing
the new generations. Excellent as you think about this topic.

Hello Juan Pablo.I think it´s very important to go study in other countries and thus help in
theprogress of our context. We agree whith the desire to have a family and spend the
necessary time whith them.
