~Rapid Meals In 5 Minutes~

≈Ramen Rancheros≈
1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 egg
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add egg to one side of the noodles, add water to fill line,
and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Remove cooker from microwave, add sriracha and


cilantro. Enjoy!

≈Good Ol ’ Spaghetti≈
1 pack ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1 cup meat marinara sauce
3 precooked meatballs, thawed out if frozen,
(cut in bite size pieces)
parmesan cheese (optional)

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


meatballs, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave
for 4 minutes.

2. Once noodles and meatballs are cooked, drain noodles,


then add marinara sauce.

3. Stir contents and heat in microwave until marinara sauce


is heated. (microwave times vary)

4. Top with parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!

≈Sunny Day Salad≈


1 pack ramen noodles
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/8 cup unsalted peanuts, finely chopped.
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp white sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Once cooked, drain ramen noodles and place in large bowl.

2. Add broccoli, onions, oil, and sugar in Rapid Ramen


Cooker. Microwave for an additional minute.

3. Pour broccoli and onions into bowl with ramen noodles.


Toss in sunflower seeds, peanuts, and dried cranberries.
Enjoy!

≈Alfredo & Asparagus≈


1 pack ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 spear asparagus, chopped

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


asparagus, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave
for 4 minutes.

2. Once noodles and asparagus are cooked, drain, add


half of seasoning packet, and Alfredo sauce.

3. Mix contents and heat in microwave until Alfredo sauce


is heated. (microwave times vary) Enjoy!

≈Jambalaya Ramen≈
1 pack ramen noodles (shrimp flavor)
1 cup kielbasa, sliced into bite size pieces
1 cup shrimp, cocktail size works well
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, (fire roasted or original)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp BBQ marinade
cayenne pepper and season salt

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Once cooked, drain ramen noodles and place in large bowl.
2. Heat oil in large deep skillet. Add onion and bell peppers.
Cook and stir until vegetables soften and golden. Stir in
tomatoes at medium-low heat, cover and simmer for 12
minutes.
3. Stir in shrimp and kielbasa. Cover and simmer 8-10
minutes. Add noodles and mix ingredients. Stir in BBQ
marinade. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add cayenne pepper and season salt to taste. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles,
1 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
2 skinless and boneless chicken thigh, (cut into
bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil
seasoned salt and pepper (to taste)

1. In medium pan or wok, heat olive oil. Add vegetables,


chicken, seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken
thoroughly.

2. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

3. Remove cooked ramen from the Rapid Ramen Cooker


and stir into the pan with chicken and vegetables. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles (shrimp
6 large fresh shrimp, peeled
1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
Cajun seasoning, season to taste

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and Louisiana Hot Sauce, add
water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

1 pack ramen noodles (beef flavor
1 cup little smokie sausages, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup cheese, shredded (your choice)

1. Place ramen noodles and little smokie sausages inside


Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook in
microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Add half of seasoning packet into noodles and stir,


garnish with shredded cheese, and microwave for additional
30-45 seconds. Enjoy!

≈Cajun Chicken Soup≈


1 pack ramen noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1 cup pre-cooked shredded chicken
1 cup Andouille sausage, sliced
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Do
not use seasoning packet.
2. Heat oil in large pot. Add vegetables and season with salt
and pepper to taste. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken stock and shredded chicken. Bring to boil, then
let it simmer. Add cooked noodles and unseasoned broth from
Rapid Ramen Cooker.
4. Add Cajun seasoning to taste. Enjoy!

≈Protein Rich Ramen Dinner≈


1 pack ramen noodles
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup kale, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup extra firm tofu, cut in cubes

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet or wok. Add tofu and cook until
light brown, add soy sauce and kale. Cook until kale turns
bright green. Remove from heat.

3. Mix ramen, tofu, and kale. Top with fresh avocado. Enjoy!

≈Ramen Lasagna≈
1 pack ramen noodles
1 egg
1/8 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Italian seasoning, to taste
parmesan cheese, to top
1 spaghetti sauce (small jar)

1. Combine egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and


seasoning in small bowl.

2. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Once noodles are cooked, drain and set aside in a
separate bowl .

3. In Rapid Ramen Cooker, layer cooked ramen noodles,


egg and cheese mixture, and spaghetti sauce. Repeat
layering until 1/4 inch from top of Rapid Ramen Cooker.
Top last layer with parmesan cheese. Microwave for 2
minutes. Enjoy!

≈Curry in a Hurry≈
1 pack ramen noodles
1 tbsp curry powder
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups mixed vegetables, chopped (mushrooms,
cauliflower, carrot, potato)
1 cup coconut milk

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Drain
and set aside.

2. Sauté onion, ginger, and garlic in oil. Add curry powder


and stir. Add vegetables and broth from noodles. Cook vegeta-
bles until softened.

3. Stir in coconut milk, bring to a boil then turn off heat. Serve
on a plate over a bed of noodles. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles
1 cup grapes, cut in half
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
2 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Do not use seasoning packet. Drain and set aside in bowl.

2. Mix almonds, grapes, and raspberry vinaigrette, with


noodles and serve. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles, (any flavor
3 eggs
1/2 cup cheese, shredded (your choice)
1 cup spam, thinly sliced

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Once
noodles are cooked, add half the seasoning packet, stir and
drain

2. Once cooked noodles are drained and set into a separate


dish, add egg into empty Rapid Ramen Cooker and whisk.

3. Layer cooked noodles, sprinkled cheese, and sliced spam


along center of egg and Rapid Ramen Cooker.

4. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Once done, fold in half


and serve on separate plate. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. For multiple Ramlettes, repeat process using remainder
of noodles. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles
1 egg
1 can tuna (5 oz)
1/4 cup sweet relish
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup cheese, shredded

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add water to fill line, add egg to one side of the noodles
and microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Once cooked, drain noodles while preserving the egg.


Set aside noodles and egg in separate medium sized bowl.

3. Combine tuna, relish, and mayonnaise in separate dish.


Mix tuna and cooled noodles. Garnish with cheese. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
4 tortillas (corn or flour)
2 cups cheese (your choice)
2 cup beef jerky (any flavor), torn into 1/4 in. pieces
ketchup

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker,


add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Once noodles are cooked, add half the seasoning packets
and drain.

2. Place tortilla on microwaveable plate, in the center of each


tortilla add 1/4 cup of cooked ramen noodles and cheese.

3. Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

4. Remove from microwave and add beef jerky as well as


ketchup (to taste)

5. Wrap tortilla and enjoy!

2 hot dogs (pre-cooked) sliced
1/2 cup pre-cooked chicken, sliced or shredded

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


hot dog slices and chicken, add water to fill line, and cook in
microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Add seasoning and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!

~Asian Persuasion~

≈Ramen Egg Foo Young≈


1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
4 eggs, beaten and seasoned with salt
1/4 cup onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup celery, finely sliced
2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil for frying
Foo Young Sauce (or sauce of choice)
1. Break ramen into 4 squares and place ramen noodles
inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook
in microwave for 4 minutes. Once noodles are cooked add
half the seasoning packets and drain.

2. On high heat in a frying pan, sauté the onion and celery


until they are softened but not brown. Add bean sprouts after a
minute and sauté. Drain the vegetables. (Excess liquid will make
the egg mixture watery.)

3. Using a large frying pan, high heat (m ay need to lower heat as


it cooks) with about 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix the vegetables and
ramen with beaten eggs. Spoon mixture about 1/2 inch thick into
the pan. When golden brown on the first side, turn and brown on
the other side. Remove to a plate and serve with Foo Young
Sauce. Enjoy!

≈Musubi≈
1 pack ramen noodles (pork flavor)
1/2 cup spam, chopped finely
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp nori (seaweed paper), snipped into thin strips
1 egg

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


spam and crack egg along side of noodles add water to fill
line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

2. Once cooked, stir in soy sauce and top with nori. Enjoy

≈Gon Lo Ramen≈
2 packs ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1 onion, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced thinly
3 stalks green onions, chopped
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 lb. char siu, sliced
2 tbsp oil

1. Heat wok or frying pan with oil. Mix in onion, celery and
char siu.

2. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Add
half the seasoning packets. Drain and place noodles in small
bowl.

3. Repeat step 2, adding to the same bowl.

4. Add ramen, bean sprouts, and green onion to frying pan


and cook for 5 minutes. Add sauce and mix thoroughly, then
sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 pack ramen noodles (beef flavor)
3 pot stickers (precooked or thawed works well)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 hot link, sliced

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Noodles will soften adding room for step 2.

2. Add pot stickers and sliced hot links in water along with
ramen noodles and add half of the seasoning packet and soy
sauce.

3. Microwave for 4 additional minutes. Mix well and enjoy!

~Small Bites~

≈Crostini Starters≈
1 pack ramen noodles (shrimp flavor)
1 baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick slices
3/4 cup olive oil
salt and black pepper
2 cups pico de gallo

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay baguette slices on large


baking sheet; brush with oil and lightly season with salt and
pepper.

2. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Drain
and let cool.

3. Bake 15-20 minutes until gold brown. (Turn baguette over


half way through cooking.) Set aside to cool.

4. Use fork to twirl together 1 tbsp of cooled noodles then as-


semble onto baguette. Place 1 tbsp of pico de gallo in center of
twirled noodles on the baguette and place on serving plate. Re-
peat process until desired amount are prepared and placed on
serving plate. Enjoy!

≈Fresh Ramen Spring Rolls≈


1 pack ramen noodles
8 rice wrappers, 8.5 inch diameter
8 shrimp (large cooked) halved lengthwise
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 cup bean sprouts
16 sprigs fresh cilantro
16 sprigs thai basil (optional, but very good!)
peanut dipping sauce

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Once
noodles are cooked add half the seasoning packets and drain.

2. Dip 1 rice wrapper into lukewarm water and lay it on a clean


dry surface. Lay shrimp halves lengthwise on the softened
wrapper and top with a few tbsp of cooled ramen noodles to
cover. Top with some shredded carrots, bean sprouts and
sprigs of cilantro and basil. Do not overfill since you will need to
roll the wrapper into a burrito shape.

3. Gently roll the entire packet upward to close in burrito shape


and press gently to seal. Place completed rolls on a dinner
plate and cover with a damp paper towel until serving. Serve
with peanut dipping sauce. Enjoy!

≈Ramen Beef Sliders≈


1 pack ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1 egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup green onion, chopped finely
1 beef patty
ketchup (include burger toppings as you like)

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Once
noodles are cooked, add half the seasoning packets. Drain and
save broth in separate bowl.
2. Combine egg and seasoned noodles. Mix thoroughly.
3. With two small bowls, make    “ noodle slider buns ” by spraying
cooking spray in bottom of first bowl, layer 1/2 inch thick ramen
noodles, cover with saran wrap, and weigh it down with second
bowl..
4. Repeat this process for second bun. Place both buns in
refrigerator to set for 30 minutes.
5. On medium heat pan, heat vegetable oil, remove “noodle slider
bun” from refrigerator and cook in heated pan for 4-5 min on each
side.
6. Cook beef patty to liking and assemble  “ slider buns” and burger
with toppings of choice. Heat and serve seasoned ramen noodle
broth on the side for dipping. (optional) Enjoy!

≈Lettuce Cups≈
1 pack ramen noodles
1 head lettuce, washed dried, leaves separated
1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup ground turkey (or chicken breasts)
1/2 cup water chestnuts, drained rinsed, chopped fine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2½ tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp ginger (from a jar or fresh grated ginger)
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp sesame oil
soy sauce (optional as dipping sauce)

1. Break up ramen noodles into fourths, place inside Rapid Ramen


Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
Once noodles are cooked. Add half the seasoning packets and
drain.
2. In a large pan, brown ground turkey over medium-high
heat. Drain fat from ground turkey and break up the ground turkey
pieces until minced.
3. Add ramen, water chestnuts, red pepper, soy sauce, hoisin
sauce, ginger, water and sesame oil to pan. Cook for a few minutes
until contents are soft. Add ground turkey to mix and keep warm.
4. To assemble, spoon about 1/3 cup of turkey filling onto one
lettuce leaf and roll it up, if desired. Serve with dipping sauce on the
side. Enjoy!

≈Simple Salad≈
1 pack ramen noodles,
1/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup peanuts, unsalted
1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar dressing

1. Before placing noodles in Rapid Ramen Cooker, break


noodles into fourths, place ramen noodles inside Rapid
Ramen Cooker, add frozen veggies, add water to fill line,
and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Add half the seasoning
packets, drain, and set noodles aside.

2. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, and balsamic vinegar


dressing. Toss with ramen noodle. Let set for 30 minutes be-
fore serving.

3. Top salad with peanuts before serving. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1/2 can chili
1/4 cup cheese, shredded (your choice)
10 Ritz or Saltine crackers, crumbled

To eat as soup, include broth in steps. Otherwise, drain for a


more traditional chili meal.

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Cook
and season noodles then transfer to larger bowl.

2. Layer chili on top of cooked noodles and cook in microwave


for 2 minutes or until chili is hot. Mix contents.

3. Add cheese as top layer and cook for additional 30 seconds


or until cheese is melted.

4. Add crumbled crackers evenly across the top of melted


cheese. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
6 jumbo shrimp
1/2 tsp butter, melted
California blend garlic salt

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add

2. On medium heat, sauté shrimp with butter, garlic salt, and


pepper to taste.

3. Place shrimp on top of noodles and enjoy!

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushroom, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced

parmesan cheese
1 chicken breast, sliced

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Drain
noodles and save broth in separate bowl.

2. In large skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, chicken, onion,


mushrooms, and garlic. Cook and stir until mushrooms are
tender. Combine spinach, thyme, and pepper; cook 1 minute or
until spinach is slightly wilted.

3. Add noodles. After combining all ingredients, serve in a


bowl; pour 1/4 cup warm noodle broth to top with flavor. Sprin-
kle parmesan cheese to garnish. Enjoy!

1 pack ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper (each)
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 can 28-ounce diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cups chicken, shredded
1 can hominy, (15-ounce) rinsed
1 lime, cut into wedges

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add


water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Add
half of seasoning packet to cooked ramen noodles.

2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add


onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until soft and beginning to brown.

3. Add ramen broth, tomatoes, and chili. Bring to boil. Stir in


chicken, hominy, and rapid ramen noodles. Simmer for 5
minutes.

4. Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!

≈Fish  and  Shrimp  Ramen  Tacos≈


1 pack ramen noodles (shrimp flavor)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lb cod or other white fish cut into 1 in piece
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg taco shells (12 count) or flour tortillas
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup tomato, chopped
lemon juice

1. Crush noodles before cooking in Rapid Ramen Cooker. Place


ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill
line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Do not use
seasoning, save for next steps.
2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro and shrimp
seasoning mix in a small bowl. Add noodles into mixture.

3. Combine fish, vegetable oil, and lemon juice into bowl, pour
into large skillet.

4. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes.


5. Fill taco shells with fish mixture. Spoon ramen/sour cream on
top. Enjoy!

≈Fiesta Salad≈
1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
1/8 cup onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup whole kernel corn, with liquid
1/4 cup sliced black olives, with liquid
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped with juice
1 cup chili beans, drained
1/8 cup green onions, chopped
1 small jalapeño, chopped
1 small banana pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 avocado
sour cream for topping

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water


to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Drain. Refrigerate
broth and set noodles in large bowl to cool.
2. Combine onions, garlic, peppers, corn olives, tomatoes, chili
beans, and taco seasoning. Heat in Rapid Ramen Cooker for 2

1. Crush ramen noodles, Place ramen noodles inside Rapid

into 1/4-inch thick pieces

1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water

2. Lay sheet of nori on dry surface. Place a thin layer of noodles


covering entire sheet of nori. Follow layering with crab meat,
sliced cucumber, and avocado ( each layer fully extending the
length of the nori sheet.)

3. Gently roll nori sheet and wrap tightly. To secure, apply water
to end of exposed nori sheet.

4. Wrap sushi roll in saran wrap to reinforce and further mold, if


needed to create sushi roll form.

5. Once secure, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, removing saran wrap
after cutting. Serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce on the side
