    Before installation Check following points:-

    1. Check first any software (.NET,JAVA etc) is not installed in computer.

    2. If any software (L1 or L2) is installed in PC then first Deinstall it.

    3. In case of Clarity Host entry, DNS entry, Explorer setting, Java must be entered.

    4. In case of CAM & PLSQL, ORACLE must be installed, after that TNSNAMES must be entered.

    5. For deinstallation of software go to START-> CONTROL PANEL ->ADD & REMOVE -> AND THEN
    REMOVE. But in case of ORACLE follow the procedure given in L2 software installation
    document.
