II-ORGANIZATIONAL COST

Formal registration has substantial benefits for businesses and for the economy as a whole.
Registered companies can benefit from legal and financial services provided by courts and
commercial banks, services not available to unregistered businesses. Their employees benefit
from social security protections. And the economy benefits from positive spill overs: where
formal entrepreneurship is higher, job creation and economic growth also tend to be higher.1
Moreover, as more businesses formalize, the tax base expands, enabling the government to
spend on productivity-enhancing areas and pursue other social and economic policy objectives.
The following are the steps in registering the business in Philippines:

VII- SOCIO ENVIRONMENT

Can a tailor shop help our environment? By tapping the remaining pieces of cloth to make it a
rug for consumers to use in everyday life, rugs are a very good example, thereby reducing
clutter or waste that can be harmful to our nature is a work that a business can contribute to our
environment. By leasing rental of clothing decreases the production of new clothing that may
lead to the waste of our future. Another things that our business can contribute; is to dispose
waste in the designated garbage collection area of the community to have a clean environment,
to turn off machines that is not being used to save electricity this activity will not just help the
environment but also help the business to lessen the utility expenses.
