TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT:

1. The total packaged price quoted above shall remain the same even if the actual number of guests who arrived is
less than the reserved number. In case the number of expected guests exceeds the confirmed number of pax, the
excess shall be charged on a per head basis.
2. Changes in the reservation may still be entertained seven days (7) days before the scheduled function. After
which no adjustments on the total packaged price and the terms and condition herein provide shall be
considered.
3. Fifty (50%) percent down payment is required upon signing of the contract, to be deposited to our bank

4. Cancellation of paid reservation is non-refundable. However re- scheduling of reservation, subject to availability
of facilities on proper advice can be entertained.
5. It is our standard operating procedures to check room items and equipment upon check out of guests. Therefore,
room items and equipment found missing and damaged will be charged to your account.
