Installation per household

The developer or resident pays a once-off fee of R2500 - R5000 which is
competitive with the typical costs incurred by a household when installing a
satellite dish and terrestrial antennae (R1500), TV point (R500 per point),
telephone (R350) and internet modem (R250-R500).
Monthly Levies (Refer to Table below)
Basic Smart Access Levy: R185 pm
