DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE (DSC)

(Signing Guidelines for Indian Resident Applicant)

Steps To avoid rejection of DSC application please follow below steps

Print the below DSC form given in the 2nd page, affix Photo of Individual Applicant
1.
(in box-left bottom corner)

Write UNIQUE mobile number & UNIQUE email ID of applicant in the field (Use Blue Pen)
2.
If unique email and mobile number not given then DSC will be rejected.

3. Sign across Photo (Blue Pen only)

4. Sign in the Left bottom corner box for “Signature of Applicant” (Blue Pen only)

Write your Name as per “PAN” on DSC Form where space is given for Name.

Write your Address as per “Address Proof” on DSC Form where space is given for Address

6. Self attest applicant PAN Card (Blue Pen only)

7. Self attest applicant Address Proof (Adhaar Card preferable) (Blue Pen only)

8. Once above done, please email us SCAN copy of DSC Form & Self attested proofs for checking

9. After we check, we will confirm you to dispatch hard copies to our Pune Office

After we get hard copies, it takes 2 working days for processing DSC from our end.
10. During this process, applicant will have to do Video Verification and SMS Verification
Video Verification can be done through Smartphone/ Laptop having camera

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. DSC cannot be processed without Hard Copies of DSC form and Proofs
2. All responsibility for the documentation & verification shall be on the applicant Director
