COURSE OUTCOME(S):

identify the minimum basic characteristics that makes organizational structure proper organizational culture.
INSTRUCTION:
Students require to organize one team-building event. All students MUST participate for their final project and
attendance is COMPULSORY. Student will divided a group consists of 4 to 5 people, and each group will
organize different special task such as fund raising and charity, education, indoor games, outdoor activity and
so forth according to the practicality of the team-building event. Student need to make a summary report based

on the activity conducted promoting the team-building efforts through media. Student is also required
to organize business talk based on the relevant topic. Follows are the list of topics for final project:
Evaluation of the final project will be assess based on the content of written report with CD attachment- 20
marks, individual contribution and group participation 40 marks respectively. Refer to the rubrics as
per attached.
Note:
The final project report should be typed using the Times New Roman Font 12, Justify and 1.5
The submission of this report should be on the week after the final project event
