Function:
Load cells are used to measure the
force at each connecting joint. A posi-
tion sensor monitors the attainment of
the quality control dimension '"X" (bot-
tom position of the working rod). Once
the position sensor signals that the "X"
dimension has been reached, the Dimension X (mm)
press forces measured by the load
cells are compared with the nominal
forces. The TOX®-Joint is satisfactory
as long as the measured force lies wit-
hin the preset range.
