14 years ago, the students of Bicol University decided.

Decided, that we BUENOS, are more than just strong words and high emotions.
That we BUENOS, are finally taking the responsibility, that if we are to bring this
University forward, we should be more than just crowds.
That is why, the League of Liberal Reformists-Reporma Coalition was established and
won numerous student councils, to bring in the reform. The reform on student
government, on student engagement, and to finally stamp in this University, that we are
change agents and students of action and principle.
