NARRATIVE REPORT\PICTURES
In consonance with one of the mandated programs of the Supreme Student Government (SSG), the
organization conducted an enhancement program dubbed as, SSG PAGTAIS last April 8, 2019 at Room 2,
Building 24, Ligao National High School, Guilid Ligao City. Participants of the said activity were the newly elected
SSG Officers for school year 2019-2020 under the guidance of the SSG Adviser, Mr Saturnino Macasinag.

ON THE ACTUAL DAY OF THE ACTIVITY

The SSG Officers and Junior Councillors arrived at around 7:00 am for the registration. After
registration, the event started with the opening program, followed by the discussion on Parliamentary
Procedures. It was facilitated by Mr. Earl C. Calingacion. The discussion on Parliamentary Procedures ended at
around 11:30 a.m. The participants were dismissed after the discussion and asked to return before 1:00 pm for
the afternoon discussion.
At exactly 1:00 pm, Mrs. Roselyn N. Prelligera, former SSG Adviser of Ligao National High school,
discussed about the Supreme Student Government Constitution and By-Laws. Under the said Constitutions and
By-Laws, the speaker tackled all the rights and responsibilities that the leaders should abide concerning the four
core values.
Lastly, the afternoon discussion ended with Ms. Rhenlyn Reluya’s discussion about technical
writing which she included the proper ways on writing Business Letter, Proposal, and Narrative Reports. The
said discussion ended at around 4:00 pm.
