THE MATRIX AND THE AQUARIAN CONSPIRACY

In order to understand such loosen up mix of old and new religious, philosophical, spiritual,
magical, esoteric ideas interconnected with each other, which form the New Age, and its
occult aspect we need to get some contrast. The first contrast we can find is the definition of
magic and the definition of miracle.

Magic is produced by the power of the magician.

Miracles are produced by the power of God.

Both are supernatural for they go beyond the Nature’s laws, that is, beyond the algorithms of
the Matrix.

We will use the serial of movies, The Matrix, Matrix Reloaded, Matrix Revolutions, and
Animatrix, plus 13th Floor as a philosophical model to understand such relations.

Originally, Magic was the doctrine taught by Zarathushtra who venerated Ahura Mazda (the
Being Creator of Wisdom) but who granted the power to do, with one’s own life, whatever one
wanted. Ahura Mazda’s doctrine served as a guide to distinguish the good from the evil, kind
of an “ethical algorithm”. According with Zarathushtra’s view, the “Architect” creates wisdom
and the rules to be a good person or an evil person based on the free volition of the player,
who co-creates the Matrix, and learns how to co-create the Matrix based on his doctrines.

We can see, then, that Magic originally had an open, plain component, even if based originally
on some hidden knowledge. In the Zoroastrianism, a magician did not depend on God for
producing magic, but for behaving ethically while doing it. However, most of the earlier magic
and its relations had been occult; in Chaldea and Egypt, for example, the priests were in
control of all that magic, and were also helped by their Gods and by other spirits.

Chaldean astrology however, dealt with how a part of The Matrix (the stars) influenced the life
of a person based on his date of birth. They continue with this doctrine up until these days.

The Tarot is really a “philosophical apparatus” which can be used to just that, philosophize
about life.

We can see that the basic principle of these doctrines is, when you understand certain
fundamental secret knowledge, you may control The Matrix.

That is Magic.

However, if you use your relation with “The Matrix Architect” and His power, you are making
miracles or better; He is making miracles through you.

Sometimes, when doing magic, you use spirits or several Gods’ powers. Still it is a power you
have as a magician. When using Satan’s powers we are dealing with Satanism.

Variations of these have been around for thousands of years.

The Vedas speak about knowledge of the hidden, not plainly seen universe; what we could call,
the “code of Matrix”. Their Gods (Devas) were at war with the Asuras (where Ahura Mazda
name comes from, the word “Mazda” related to “Mathematics”, see American Heritage
Dictionary). Their Devas were privy to the hidden knowledge called Veda, and human beings
could have it too. Later, a new system was created, and it was entirely priestly, which granted
power to the elite grabbing all the Vedic doctrines, and which created an immovable caste
system. The Persians and other tribes combated them and ran to Iran. There Zoroastrianism
was born.

Buddhism was neither interested in miracles nor in magic, but in liberation from The Matrix by
the direct observation of things as they are; that is, by observing the “noumena” (as-it-is). Also
in the Yoga Sutras of Pantajali, the author tells us that the magical powers (siddhi) were not
the objective, but liberation, again from The Matrix.

Plato’s cave refers also to the difference between The Matrix and the “code of Matrix”. More
recently, Kant taught us that The Matrix cannot be seen or grasped directly (the noumena, the
“as-it-is” is unknowable).

Christianity was based on the miracles, and abhorred the magic. Simon is bitterly condemned
for using magic instead of the power of God to produce a miracle.

The Freemasonry came about as an amalgam of other groups and as a reaction to stop the
abuses of the Inquisition and create a reservoir of scientific and esoteric knowledge. The
Architect of Matrix (The Great Architect of the Universe) was one of his tenets, among others
that spoke about political freedom. From certain point of view, the Freemasons have been
more practical, they say something of the tenor like, “we all are in the Matrix, well, you may
think whatever you want, you may choose to try to leave it or to deal with it; your freedom to
believe is guaranteed, though”.

Rosicrucian tenets were more of an occultist way, just like the alchemy. When alchemy
became well known, it was transformed into chemistry and started to be taught openly in the
universities. That opened the door to Quantum Physics and the achievement of its original
objective. Alchemy and witchcraft were related to the use of drugs.

Thus, we can understand one of the main differences between Christianity (miracles) and
modern New Age (magic). New Age is based, partly, on something a person can do under an
astrological tradition. A Christian Church depends on what God and sometimes His priests,
nuns, saints, decide to do.

The origins of New Age are on the Aquarius Constellation. According with an old tradition, a
New Age of Love would be born when such constellation appeared in the sky.

That is then, the New Age. It is an old prediction in which coincide many groups and many
different religions and philosophies, from the East and from the West. The astrological
component of the New Age is very patent. See the famous lyrics,

This optimistic conception, by the way, contradicts the Christian apocalyptic view that is
entirely pessimistic, but which has at the end the universal resurrection.

However, when we deal with the Occult, we are dealing with something a bit different. While
most religious doctrines and spiritual ideas are taught openly to all, the Occult means that only
a few can have access to such knowledge; even if taught by others; but it has still another
component. Again, by using the analogy of The Matrix, we can imagine a group of people who
have access to how to handle and control The Matrix, and do not want to share such
knowledge.

Esotericism is the hidden doctrine. When open to everyone, it becomes a religion, a spiritual
doctrine. Esotericism has no chemical component though.

Apparently, the Occult does.

As you might imagine, everything hidden has a mystery in it, and the adept intends to use such
knowledge to gain power over others. It is a political move.

When the person starts trusting pieces of matter instead of trying to improve spiritually, the
Occultism begins to get hold. Such piece of matter starts to have power over the person, and it
becomes Crowley’s Magick. In that moment, The Matrix takes over.

For a materialistic person, there is nothing else but The Matrix, so there is no exit, for
according to him, we are all part of the Matrix and cannot see it as it is. For an atheist, there is
no “The Architect” (The Matrix is self-programmed); and for an agnostic there is an existential
doubt, he does not know if there is an Architect or not. In Matrix Reloaded, the Architect,
though, was kind of a demiurge, who created the Matrix as an evil game. That, by the way, is
the position of Gnosticism.

In the terms of Occultism the winding road is full of dangers.

We could state that the New Age Occultism has to do with the psychiatrists and psychologists’
psychedelic culture, just because psychedelics were distributed through psychiatric hospitals
in the US during the sixties, as part of the takeover program.

This links with psychedelics also, which by the way, were introduced in an enormous
psychiatric and psychological campaign in society, from the British Tavistock clinic.

CONCLUSION

We could safely say that the key ideas and beliefs of the New Age Occultism are as follows,

1. Psychedelic drugs are the means to reach a “higher plateau of consciousness”

2. Just a few are chosen to reach those plateaus.
3. In other words, there is a biochemical way to increase spirituality.

All the above is tantamount to saying, “The Matrix can be known and get rid off by using a
Matrix means, not non-Matrix means”. At this level, mostly, miracles are forgotten the same as
God.
