Bidders are notified amendments in a Bid document as below:

1.Following description added for Bid Data Sheet Clause no. ITB 19.2:
A Manufacturer’s Authorization letter is required for:
a) Digital High Voltage Insulation Tester
b) DC AC/DC Digital Clamp Meters
c) Milliamp Clamp Meter
d) Industrial Multimeter

2. Following description added for Section III: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria Clause
no. 1.5 (i):

In case the Bidder is not the manufacturer of Goods/Services offered, the Bidder shall submit
manufacturer's certificate authorizing the Bidder to supply the manufacturers' Goods
a) Digital High Voltage Insulation Tester
b) DC AC/DC Digital Clamp Meters
c) Milliamp Clamp Meter
d) Industrial Multimeter
This certificate shall bear details of the Goods that the manufacturer will be supplying under the
authorization. The authorization shall be on the manufacturer's original letterhead with seal/stamp
of the manufacturer.

Note: The BOQ in this addendum is system generated. The perspective bidders are requested to delete
this system generated BOQ and follow the same itemized BOQ of Original Bid Document.
