I am writing this letter to you, because I am asking to be excused from all the
physical activities that our class in our Arts Appreciation will be doing as part of our
midterm examination. I underwent a major operation (cesarean) when I gave birth to
my first child nine months ago, and I was advised by my doctor not to get involved in
any strenuous activity for at least a year.

I willing to make projects or anything that is equivalent to this activity, as my

midterm exam for this subject.
