PCT Meeting Minutes:

21/11
Discussion around new guidelines for registration coming out in early December.
In the meantime please ensure you maintain your reflection on the standards using the
quality practice template.

07/11
Work on quality practice template. We highlighted the things we did this year towards the
standards.

24/10

Projector issue: Use: Minimum information with discussion with siles and students
interacting and students writing where its projected.
Issue: It’s difficult because Shreya has to move around the stool: not mounted on the wall -
walking around the stool, with cables in the way of walking (health and safety)

Easy fix is television - This takes away from interaction of students writing over the
projector: option is having a one surface pro for writing interaction

Ask Tony for longer extension cable for HDMI - Which budget it comes out of.

New Western Springs Building - Changes to KGC in

What makes changes in the 21st century - What we know people are doing

UDL:
Changing due dates - not having strict due dates e.g. in Mara’s class
Ormiston College - Science classrooms open with dynamic breakaway process - Choosing
and picking standards - no due time - THIS DOES NOT WORK IS THE RESOURCES
ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND WELL ORGANISED FOR THE STUDENT - so all things
must be arranged.

Lots of challenges for open areas - E.g Collaboration is essential -

Report writing forms of collaboration - ??

Co-construction meetings - where teachers came together to talk about targeted students
to set goals for each other. Structure across the board - so rotation structures -

Time together to be able to plan cross curricular topics -

ask questions.
