This article is a recorded debate between two people with opposing views on veganism.

Sally Fallon, founder of the Weston A Price Foundation, is against veganism. While

Bruce Friedrich, senior campaign coordinator of PETA, is for veganism and all of its

great benefits. They go back and forth with good points on each side about why it could

be considered not the best idea and why it is considered a good idea. This article will be

very helpful with the fact that is poses a lot of different ideas that I have yet to think

about or consider yet.

planet. Besides just veganism is also mentions so many other great points about saving

the planet, like avoiding fast fashion, buying second-hand, using solar power energy

sources, buying food locally, and using ones own things like shopping bags or reusable

water bottles. One of the bigger issues it talks about are climate change and air pollution.

This article is written by a woman by the name Christy Clark who has written many

This article is written by Anita Marto who is an author for the Better Nutrition magazine.

This article gives a lot of good information to those who are about to or who want to try a

plant-based diet and talks about some of the beginning struggles but also the benefits of it

in the end.

trusted. Charlotte Lyons is a blogger who writes a lot about nutrition. This article was

India. The discussion of Vitamin B12 is such a big factor that comes up in the talk against
