Voluntary Abandonment of Service

You are working as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE attached to our SAHARANPURROAD DEHRADUN and have remained
absent w.e.f: September 25, 2019 till date without intimation and / or obtaining prior permission from your supervisor.

Further vide our letter nos. HR/2211901/191563/2018-2019/1019000080 dated October 10,2019 and HR/2211902/191563/2018-
2019/1119000012 dated November 1,2019, you were advised to report for duty within 15 days from the date of the said
letters along with satisfactory written explanation for the reason of your absence. However till date you have neither
reported on duty nor have you informed us the reasons for your absence.

Under the circumstances, Bank has presumed that you are no longer interested in the services of the Bank and has
voluntarily abandoned the services on your own accord. Therefore, the Bank has decided to terminate your services with
immediate effect i.e. from September 25, 2019 under section 3.4.1 of the Bank’s Staff Rules, applicable to you.

You are advised to complete all the necessary formalities towards full and final settlement of dues with the Bank on any
working day during the office hours. The details of payment due will be sent to you within 15 days. Kindly note that these
details will be also available in the employee portal, which can be accessed by you at any time through the link 
https://myess.tsrdarashaw.com. In case of any pending dues (including staff loan outstanding), we will recover the same
from your savings account. If the balance is not enough to recover the amount, we will be marking a lien on your account.

The details of your PF & other “Retiral Benefits” can also be accessed through the same portal as above.
