Re: Second Official warning of unacceptable Performance

This is your second warning in relation to performance issue. It has been observed that since
your joining you are not performing upto the level that been expected, resulting to put you in
the list of poor performers, which is directly resulting in wilful insubordination and gross
negligence of duties, in your capacity as Wealth Manager. Continued unacceptable
performance issue will result in further disciplinary action which may ultimately result in the
termination of your employment.

As discussed and agreed during the PEP interview, the following improvements are required
to be made immediately by you.

Your performance will be reviewed on 31-10-2019. This warning will be placed on your
personnel file. Please sign, date and return the enclosed copy of this letter as confirmation of
receipt.
