Service Master Creation

Transaction codes: AC03

Create new service

1. Use T-Code AC03 to display and create Service Master

2. Click on Create New service push button in the Application Tool bar.

1. Key in Activity Short text

2. Key in / Select Base unit of Measure - “AU “ (Activity Unit) Preferably.
3. Key in / Select Service Group as “XX1500” only
4. Key in / Select Valuation Class as “ 3200 “ only

Select Service Category as “ Service : Purchasing “ only from dropdown menu.

Service category selection shall be done as last activity only.

Service Number

Save the Service Master. Service number is generated and appears in Activity
number field.

Model Service Specification

Transaction codes: ML10, ML11,ML12

Short name

Use T-code ML10 to create Model Service Specification.

Key in Unique short name ( max. 10 characters/numeric) for required Model
Service Specification

Service Category

Select “ Service: Purchasing “ (SERV) in the dropdown menu and Enter

Services

Key in Model Service Specification description, search term, Currency,

Purchase Organisation and service Group as XX1500 only. Press Services
push button. Model service Specification Maintain screen appears as below

Key in / select from dropdown menu the required service numbers. Short text
and material group fields of each services are filled by default from service
Master. Other fields such as quantity, price etc, are optional.
Save the data.
