 STEP-1 Entrance Process
An entrance test will be conducted on Saturday, 12th October, 2019. Based on the performance in the
Entrance cum Scholarship test, students will get to know their School Rank and Zonal Rank. School Rank is
rewarded to a student on the basis of the result evaluation among the students appeared from their
respective school. However, the Zonal Rank is rewarded based on the evaluation of all the students appeared
in the exam across Delhi/ NCR. Admission to the course will be granted on the merit list based on school rank.

Class-VIII going IX (Gateway Program) - 65 Seats
Class-IX going to X (Milestone Program) - 40 Seats
Class-X going to XI (Milestone Program) - 40 Seats

STEP-2 Result Declaration and Admission Process

The results will be announced on the Study Vault website (www.studyvault.in) and on the School's notice
board, on Thursday 31st October, 2019. All the students appearing in this test can check their results online
and could see a scanned copy of their Original Answer (OMR) sheet along with a detailed performance
report. Selected students will have a letter of selection, mentioning the further process of admission. The last

date of admission is Saturday, 30 November, 2019. Admission to the selected students will be provided on
first come first serve basis as there are limited seats in the program.
STEP-3 Scholarship Details
Scholarships will be awarded to both the School Rank and Zonal Rank achievers, based on the criteria
mentioned in the brochure. Students achieving both School and Zonal Rank will be eligible for both the
rewards. The eligibility for scholarships is only valid for students enrolling in the courses of Study Vault. A
minimum of sixty percent (60%) of total marks are mandatory to be eligible for scholarship apart from the
rank. Scholarships will be rewarded by cheque in favor of the student and scholarship is subject to 85% of
attendance in the enrolled course programme.
STEP-4 Batch Formation and Time-Table
A separate section is formed with the enrolled students and a different time-table is designed for this section.
The time-table for class VIII, IX & X is designed in such a way that one hour of Mathematics and one hour of
Science classes are scheduled for at least four days in a week. For class XI & XII, there are four hours of classes
scheduled for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for at least three-four days in a week. Except for
Mathematics and Science all other subjects will be taught by the school teachers. The students will learn the
NCERT (school syllabus as per school guidelines) along with competitive exams preparation. The expert team
of faculty members will focus on the NCERT, basic foundation, in-depth concept knowledge and will also
prepare the students for other competitive exams that they are aspiring for.
STEP-5 Orientation for Parents
Before starting a new academic session, an orientation program is organized for all the new
parents. In this orientation program, each parent will have a detailed information on how does the
School Accelerated Program (SAP) function. An insight of the entire annual process is discussed
along with the faculty introduction. A detailed annual academic calendar is provided to all the
parents. It is a very important event and it is mandatory for all the parents of the enrolled students.

STEP-6 Academic Process

We follow a five step teaching process :
1. Delivery on NCERT Level
2. Practice for NCERT 3. Delivery on Competitive level
4. Practice for Competitive level 5. Surprise Chapter-wise test
Apart from this teaching process, we also have a strong system of testing and doubt clearing. There
are various kinds of tests to evaluate the child from subjective and objective point of view. We also
have a strong doubt session system that enables each student to address their doubt at the right
time. Children can ask doubts during free time in the school, can stay back after school or can come
on any Saturday which is a fixed doubt session day.
