contains no solvents, benzyl alcohol or nonyl phenol that can
influence taste or smell. This means that quality water is maintained that way.

HEMPADUR 35560 is approved by the Water Research Centre (WRAS), Great Britain,
according to BS 6920 for potable water up to 23°C/73°F.
It is also covered by the Norwegian Health Authorities
(Folkehelseinstituttet), Norway, for use in tanks for potable water
offshore according to system 3A in NORSOK M-501, revision 5.

How to read the Radargram

• The Hempel Radargram mapping tool provides customers with a considerable amount of crucial information about
epoxy coatings in a straightforward, easy-to-understand form. The Radargram displays a range of important
quantitative and qualitative product performance criteria.
• The Radargram uses a scale from 0 to 10, with 10 as the highest score. An average score of around 4 should be the
minimum for an epoxy coating, unless the product has specially designed features. These are difficult to show in a
Radargram, which makes general comparisons between all types of epoxy coatings.
• The Radargram is intended as an overall indication of the characteristics and capabilities of the product. The left side
of the Radargram provides an indication of the general performance properties – the main focus for the end-user / owner.
Final airless spray appearance of HEMPADUR The right side gives an indication of the application properties, which are of prime interest for the applicator.
