Once again, the Isabela Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers Association,
Inc. (IDRRMOAI) & Isabela Rescuers Federation (IRF) in coordination with Office of the
Civil Defense Region 02 will be conducting the 4th Level of the Incident Command System
– All Hazard Incident Management Team to obtain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that
are essential for the application of duties and responsibilities as Incident Management Team.

Anent this, may we invite your MDRRM Officer who had finished the 3rd level ICS training.

Relative hereto, may we request you to allow them to the attend the five-day training on
December 1-5, 2019 at St. Mark Hall, Parish Pastoral Hall, Cauayan City Isabela with a
registration fee of Seven thousand two hundred pesos (P7,200.00) only per participant for
the food, kits, t-shirts and other miscellaneous expenses. Training will start at exactly 8:30am
on December 1, 2019.
