Search and rescue dispatch to recue number of families reported trap inside
their houses due to strong rain and wind due to landfall of ROSITA.
Rescue team dispatched at Brgy. Inanama due to report of wounded families
from broken glass coming from their window.

MDRRMC conducted emergency meeting for the preparation of Typhoon
Rosita “Yutu” on October 29, 2018 facilitated by the Municipal Administrator
at 8:30 AM. Municipal Mayor Ian Paul L. Dy supervised the current situation
inside the Operation Center.
Continuous monitoring inside the Operation Center regarding the location of
typhoon and time and place of land fall of the typhoon.
Personal Protective Equipment and necessary equipment were given to all
responders.
Continuous visiting and updating the 34 Barangays and giving the current
Weather Forecast (8:00 am – 12:00 pm).
Emergency equipment needed for the Typhoon Rosita has been purchased.
All MDRRMO Staffs and Volunteers checked-in inside the operation center.
Evacuation Center including equipment is been prepared and distributed to
evacuation center.
Repacking of Relief Goods at MSWD Office (5:00 pm- 7:00 pm).
Pre-emptive evacuation is been conducted medical assistance including
medicines is been distributed at the evacuation center.
Residents Residing in Flood Prone Barangays are continuously monitored
for possible flooding.
Typhoon Monitoring inside the Operation Center.
Response cluster conducted briefing by LDRRMO conducted briefing
about the possible Rescue Operation of typhoon ROSITA.
Pre-disaster Risk Assessment conducted by MDRRMO office.
MDRRMC Operation Center is on Red Alert Status for Typhoon Rosita.
