2.1. Texture, size, surface roughness, tolerances and tolerances lace size, shape tolerances and
surface locations are specified in the standards for specific products
2.2. appearances
2.2.1. Surface bolts, screws, nuts and screws implanted to smooth, without any scratches, flakes
oxygen.
2.2.2. Disability allows the surface of bolts, screws, screw implant according to TCVN 4795 -89.
2.2.3. Disability allows the surface of the nut TCVN 4796-89.
2.3. Mechanical properties and materials
2.3.1. Mechanical properties of bolts, screws (not including positioning screw) and screw implant steel,
alloy steel and often have to follow the instructions in Table 1
2.3.2. Mechanical properties of screw positioning and clamping of details similar work often not tensile
steel and alloy steel TCVN 4674-89.
2.3.3. Mechanical properties of nuts from steel and alloy steel often as directed in Table 2.
2.3 4. properties of bolts, screws, nuts and screws implanted steel reinforcement corrosion resistance,
heat resistance as directed in Table 3 and 4.
2.3.5. Mechanical properties of bolts, screws and nuts alloy implant color as directed in Table 5 and 6.
2.3.6. Allows manufacturing bolts, screws, nuts and screws implanted from grade metals and alloys
prescribed in tables 3 - 6. At that time, their mechanical properties are not less than the value
prescribed for respective groups.
2.3.7. At the request of customers, details from brass grip, manufactured by burying cool to heat to

2.6. labeling
2.6.1 General requirements
2.6.1.1. Top six wing bolts, cylindrical head screws with a hole 6 for fitting wrench next to sink,
implanted screws and nuts hexagonal notation should be durable and group level material, signs of
fabrication facilities; for details left lace to put symbols left lace.
2.6.1.2. The products are not specified in Article 2.4.1.1 and no regulations are labeling reliability level
as agreed with the customer
2.6.1.3. Labels can be floating or sink
Size label manufacturing facility by regulations
2.6.2. Labeling hexagonal head bolts and screws with hexagonal head office for fitting wrench
2.6.2.1. The labeling was carried out for bolts and screws with thread diameters d ≥ 6 mm.
2.6.2.2. Labels are recorded on the surface or the edge of the first sucked bolts or screws (Figure 1).
Labels on the surface side of the head bolts to be sinking.
2.6.2.3. When labeling floating, allowing increased height
limit early biggest screw bolts or a value:
0.1 mm - for detail diameter Lace d ≤ 8mm;
0.2 mm - for detail diameter Lace 8mm <d ≤ 12 mm;
0.3 mm - for detail diameter Lace d ≥ 12mm
1.6.3. Labeling screw implants
1.6.3.1. The labeling was conducted for implant screw diameter ≥ 12mm lace d.
For screws threaded implant diameter d ≥ 8 mm, allowing users sign replacement:
O - for reliability level 8.8;
+ - 9.8 for reliability levels;
 - the reliability level of 10.9;
- the reliability level of 12.9.
2.6.3.2. Labels are recorded at the tip of the screw head implants fitted with nuts
2.6.4. Labeling hexagonal nut
2.6.4.1. The labeling was conducted for threaded nut diameter d ≥ 6 mm.
2.6.4.2. Labels are recorded on one double-sided foam. In terms of technical assurance, allows
labeling on the edge of the nut surface (Figure 2). Labeling has to be sunk.

tools.
3.2. Surface defects inspection of bolts, screws and screws implanted TCVN 4795-89.
3.3. Checking surface defects of nut TCVN 4796-89.
3.4. Check size bolts, screws, nuts and screws implanted in accordance with standards and technical
documentation prescribed.
3.5. Roughness is checked by comparison with standard samples of surface roughness.
No need to check the surface roughness of the product manufactured by cold stamping and surface
roughness suck (except screw positioning).
3.6. Roughness threaded bolts, screws and screw implants are checked at the surface of Profin lace.
No need to check the roughness of lace rolled and threaded nut roughness when manufacturing
technology conditions were guaranteed.
3.7. Methods of quality inspection and coating thickness TCVN 4392-86.
3.8. Load of damaged bolts, screws and screw implants are indicated in the tables 9 and 10 of
Appendix 2, load testing only in tables 13 and 14 of Appendix D.
Test methods specified in standards and technical documentation prescribed.
3.9. Load testing of nuts indicated in Table 11 and 12 of Appendix C.
Test methods specified in standards and technical documentation prescribed.
