OPENING CLEANING & DEDUSTING COMBINED

The beater of the Varioclean LB 9/2 is a single element
hooked beater. It is ensured that all the edges of the
hooked are properly blunt so that it will no harm the fibers.
The hooks are arranged such that the helix formed is
opposite to the direction of baffle, plates in the hood. This
enables smoother but faster transformation of the material
from the inlet side to the outlet.

PROGRAMMABLE GRID ADJUSTMENT & BEATER

SPEED
The main purpose of grid section is to eliminate the seeds
to the maximum extent possible. The material travels
around the beater several times, hits against the grid and
removal of impurities takes places, however with less lint
loss. This feature helps to program the grid adjustment and
the beater speed according to the material processed.
