Tomislav Sladonja is currently in Bucharest with

a Smart City Workshop. In Bucharest, Tomislav
presents the Smart City concept and strategy.

The Smart city team has identified three key

steps to make the large majority of Smart City
cases based on NB-IoT or LPWA technology:

technical eneblers such as Connectivity, Core

Network, Security, Developed application layer

economic conditions. That means taht the large

majority of Smart City projects are planned to be
funded by EU funds

economic boost - In Croatia, the current

situation is that we have almost no developed
industry.
Through its "Better Opportunities" campaign,
Croatian Telecom wants to support local
innovators in developing solutions that will
hopefully make a breakthrough in Croatian
industry.

Good morning everyone. My name is Tin and I

work in the product development department.

I work in the same department where Anton

works. I manage projects from start to end and I

work closely with sales, marketing, propositons

departments, as well as software vendors to
create ICT products based on consumer and our
internal demands.

My main goal is to develop a product that satisfy

all the requirements of the end user. I am the
newest member of the IoT program on the
business side. I have a master's in Information
and communication technology

I am currently working on a Digital Signage

project. We want to upgrade the existing Hotel
TV platform.
Digital Signage refers to digital media used for
marketing and advertising purposes outside
home. Digital Signage is a solution for
professional digital advertising and displaying
information on displays and digital city lights. It
allows simple and fast control of content on all
locations in just a few clicks on the content
management system.
We have divided the Go to Market activities into
4 main parts. First of all, We hire consultants
who share their expertise, then we participate in
the relevent SC conferences.

Also, we publish successful stories about

completed projects. Finally, we make direct
contact with customers through our sales
channels.
