    2nd International Festival of Balkan culture, tradition and folklore


    “BALKAN FOLKLORE WITHOUT BORDERS” 20. August – 25. August 2020.

    Conditions for Festival of Balkan culture, tradition and folklore (for groups out of Europe)
    “BALKAN FOLKLORE WITHOUT BORDERS 2020”

    1. The number of members of the candidate group should not be more than 30. This also includes
    head of the group, instructor, musicians, dancers, drivers, and etc. (In a case consists more then
    30 persons the leaders are obligate to pay the expenses for the participants over this number
    during he Festival.)
    2. Participants must be over 16 years of age since the festival is not a children festival.
    3. The groups shall perform with live music or CD.
    4. All groups will accommodate in international standard hotel.
    5. The accommodation, meals, and inbound travel expenses will be met by the organizing
    committee during the period 20. August – 25. August 2020 (dates are inclusive)
    6. Groups should arrive to Novi Pazar on 20. August and leave Novi Pazar on 25. August before
    12 pm.
    7. The language of correspondence is English.
    8. If you are not eligible for the festival, please let us know in the shortest time so that we can
    arrange our invitations.
    9. Group should send name, adress, phone numbers, name and contact of the group director, also
    short history of the group and several group photos.
