SUBJECT: Invitation for the International Folk Festival “OHRID SUN”


OHRID, MACEDONIA - 1st Term

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the 13 th International Folk Festival
“OHRID SUN” that will take place in Ohrid from 12.08. to 16.08.2019 (it is possible 3 day stay from 13.08
to 16.08.2019).

Please find below the conditions of participation:

1. The festival will take place in Ohrid, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and
cultural past.
2. The number of members has to be up to 50 person (all ages are allowed). For more members please
ask the Organization.
3. The groups will be accommodated in hotels, apartments or children hostel Slavejce.
4. The rooms in the hotels are with 2, 3 or 4 beds (mostly 3-beds and 4-beds rooms and only few 2-
beds rooms per group). The price for 4 days (3 meals/per day included) is 85 EUR/per member for
hotel and 80 EUR/per member for apartments. The price for 3 days (3 meals/per day included) is 65
EUR/per member for hotels and apartments. For every 20 members (including drivers) the organizer
approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.
5. The rooms in the hostels are with up to 8 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. The price for
4 days in the hostel (3 meals/per day included) is 65 EUR/per member. The price for 3 days in the
hostel (3 meals/per day included) is 50 EUR/per member. For every 20 members (including drivers)
the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The hostel is only available for children
and youth groups.
6. The group can prolong their stay to 5 or more days. Please ask organizer for the accommodation
price.
7. All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 200 EUR required for a booking of the
hotels/hostels. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the
organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the
participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its
appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund.
8. The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10 min per performance. The play-back (CD
or USB) is allowed. The final Program of the festival will be send additionally.
9. The groups have to arrive in Ohrid on 12 August starting with lunch and have to depart on 16 August
after the breakfast.

SKOPJE, MACEDONIA

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival
“SKOPJE 2019” that will take place in Skopje, Capital of R. Macedonia from 22.08.2019 to 26.08.2019.
There is possibility for 3 days stay from 23.08.2019 to 26.08.2019.

CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL

Accommodation
1. The groups will be accommodated in hotel (VIP, Kalonis, Youth Hotel, accommodation is depending of
the group choice). Hotel VIP (http://vip.skopje-hotels.com) is 3 star hotel that is located 15min walking
distance from center of Skopje and old town. Hotel Kalonis (http://apart-kalonis-1000.skopje-hotels.com/en/)
is 3 star brand new hotel that is located 10min walking distance from center of Skopje. Youth Hotel is 1 star
hotel that is located 10min walking distance from center of Skopje.

2. The rooms in the hotels are with 2, 3 and 4 beds (appartment rooms are possible in some hotels). The price
for 4 days on half-board basis (breakfast and dinner included) is 90 EUR/per member for hotel VIP, 110
EUR/per member for hotel Kalonis and 80 EUR/per member for Youth hotel.

3. The price for 3 days on half-board basis (breakfast and dinner included) is 70 EUR/per member for hotel
VIP, 84 EUR/per member for hotel Kalonis and 60 EUR/per member for Youth hotel.

4. For every 20 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.

5. The groups have to arrive in Skopje on 22.08 (23.08 for 3-days staying) starting with dinner and have to
depart on 26.08 after the breakfast.

Application fee
All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 300 EUR required for a booking of the
accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the
organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants.
Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own
accord, it will have no right to a refund.

Registration
Deadline for registration to participate in the festival is 30.06.2019. Until this deadline all Groups that apply
to the festival should send application form and pay the application fee to the account of the organizer (will
be provided after receiving the application form).

Until 15.07.2019 all groups should send final list of participants, 2 pictures suitable for reproduction in
flyer/brochure and short biography of the group.

Travel expenses
Folklore groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure to the festival. In case some group
arrive by plane, we can organize the bus transfer from and to the airport of Skopje. Cost for this bus transfer
should be paid by the group.

Performance
The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10 and 20 min per performance. The play-back (CD
or USB) is allowed. The Program of the festival will be send additionally.

The Festival keeps the rights to record any event during the festival and present them on TV, radio etc.

Every participating group can perform on National evenings. On these evenings they will have the
opportunity to present their national dances among the other Festival participants where they are going to be
situated.

Every participating group has to take with them their national clothes, musical instruments, flags and to use
them during the Festival.

SUBJECT: Invitation for the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING”


BUDVA, MONTENEGRO

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival
“BUDVA DANCING” that will take place in Budva, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of
Montenegro from 08.09.2019 to 12.09.2019. There is possibility for 5 days stay from 08.09.2019 to
13.09.2019.

CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL

Accommodation:
All groups will be accommodated in Apartments and Hotels in center of Budva, with breakfast and dinner
included. Accommodation is high quality, with air-condition, TV, fridge in the most of the rooms, close to the
beach and in walking distance to the old town of Budva. Apartments are with 2, 3 and 2+2 bedrooms.
Depending number of nights that group will stay the price is:

 108 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)
 132 euro per person for 5 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)

For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.
Touristic tax of 1,5 EUR per person per day (0,75 EUR for children until 12 years old) is not included in
above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.

The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the
festival.

The groups have to arrive in Budva on 08.09 starting with dinner and have to depart on 12.09 (13.09 for 5-
days staying) after the breakfast.

SUBJECT: Invitation for the International Festival “PARALIA DANCING” -


PARALIA, GREECE

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival
“PARALIA DANCING” that will take place in Paralia, Katerini famous holiday place on the Aegean coast of
Greece from 15.09.2019 to 20.09.2019. There is possibility for 4 days stay from 16.09.2019 to 20.09.2019.

CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL

Accommodation:
All groups will be accommodated in Hotels and Apartments in Paralia and Olympic Beach, with breakfast
and dinner included. The accommodation is organized from the organizer of this festival together with its
Greek agency partner from Paralia. Depending number of nights that group will stay the price is:

 110 euro per person for 5 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)
 92 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)

For every 20 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.

The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash.

The groups have to arrive in Paralia on 15.09 (16.09 for 4-days staying) starting with dinner and have to
depart on 20.09 after the breakfast.

TIVAT, MONTENEGRO

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje, Cultural Center “Kadena” - Tivat, Folklore Ensemble “Nikola
Đurković” - Kotor invites you to take a part on the International Festival “TIVAT 2019” that will take place
in Tivat, famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 17.09.2019 to 20.09.2019. There is
possibility for 4 days stay from 17.09.2019 to 21.09.2019.

The festival accepts children and youth groups.

CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL

Accommodation:
All groups will be accommodated in hotel “Kamelija” in Tivat, with breakfast and dinner included.
Depending number of nights that group will stay the price is:

 90 euro per person for 3 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)


 115 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)

For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.

The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the
festival.

The groups have to arrive in Tivat on 17.09 starting with dinner and have to depart on 20.09 (21.09 for 4-
days staying) after the breakfast. If the group want to extend their stay for more than 4 nights, please contact
organizer in advance.

Application fee:
All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 300 EUR required for a booking of the
accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the
organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants.
