FESTIVAL – CONTEST „METŲ LAIKAI 2024“ (“SEASONS OF

THE YEAR 2024”)

STATUTES
Art helps for a child to develop personal and basic competences, to get an aesthetic experience, a
creative originality, raises the emotional growth of the students and warrants the successful
development of the personality.

GOAL AND TASKS

1. To induce collaboration between education institutions of different countries raising
children’s creativity, to develop experience exchange between the schools, to offer students
and teachers the opportunity to participate in creative dialogue.
2. To develop artistic and social competences of the students by organizing music and dance
festival – contest “Seasons of the year 2024”.
3. To give an opportunity for students, having different abilities and special needs, to show in
public area, demonstrating their artistic skills in music and dance.

PLACE AND TIME

1. Festival – contest „SEASONS OF THE YEAR 2022’’ will be organized in remote way.
We kindly ask to send your applications and video (a song, instrumental performance, a
dance) till March 1st, 2024, email: arnoldele@gmail.com
2. March 21st, 2024, 13.00 (LT time) Review of participants’ videos will be held in Šiauliai
„Dermės” School.
3. All participants will be awarded with a festival – contest diplomas.

PARTICIPANTS, CIRCUMSTANCES OF PARTICIPATION

1. Children and youth art clubs, groups and performers with different abilities, special needs
institutions from various countries.
2. We kindly ask to send your applications and video (max. 3 min - a song, instrumental
performance, a dance) till March 1st, 2024.
3. Participants present one performance.
4. Good quality videos
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Jury is consisted by a presenter of Šiauliai “Dermės“School administration and 4 pedagogues.

AWARDS

All collectives, performers, young artists will be awarded with diplomas.
