Skilling initiatives such as - Setting up Skilling centers that are co-funded or
self-funded, offering multi-trade, NSQF compliant training.

We manage the complete spectrum of activities for the establishment of such

centers:

1. Based on your fund, we plan the entire activity to be executed.

2. Identification and build-up of the facility
3. Selection of sectors and courses based on local needs, youth aspirations and
Employability opportunities in the region. This is done as per NSQF compliant or
customized modules according to the need.
4. Recruitment and training of trainers.
5. Counseling and enrolment of the right-fit students into the programs based on
interests in the sector.
6. Delivery of programs including content procurement, session planning, formative
and summational assessments
7. Periodic reporting to Sponsors.
8. Certification of students by recognized bodies.
9. Facilitation of employment (wage, contract, self or group).
10. Outcome assessment and impact report.
