Management Responsibilities

QAQC ENGINEER - Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER - Weighing up tenders from potential suppliers


- Negotiating prices
- Deciding what goods, services and equipment are needed and predicting stock levels

SUBCONTRACTOR - Work included: Barbender, Carpenter, Concretor, Bricklayer,


Plasterer, Painter, Tiler and Etc.

PROJECT AREA 1 AND 2 MANAGER - Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to


determine the specifications of the project
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with
attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be
met

SURVEYOR MANAGER - Providing guidance and direction to field crew and surveying
technicians.
- Overseeing survey aspects of civil engineering projects conducting deed and plan
- Performing field work associated with land surveying, engineering and construction
projects

SITE SUREYOR - Detailed research is carried out on the records related to the land, survey,
and the titles of the land.
- Conducted and the obtained results are recorded then verified for accuracy and
corrections.

SITE TECHNICIAN - Give technical support and assistance to professionals and managers
involved in construction projects.
SITE ENGINEER - setting out sites and organising facilities
- checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- supervising contracted staff

MATERIAL ENGINEER - Conduct and ensure in-depth Fracture Analysis and Technical
Reports.
- Specify materials and process and propose new or revise specifications.
- Interpret results, write reports and communicate with engineers.
PLANNING AND DOCUMENT MANAGER - keeping track of important project
documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings;
- Creating reports for construction managers; keeping documentation safe and backed
up and performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates
CONTRACTING MANAGER - Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial
policies and procedures
- Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts
- Implement the risk management process, review risk register and check risk controls

FINANCIAL MANAGER - Timely Preparation of Management Accounts Pack, Forecasts


and Budgets
- Review and Control of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Review & Preparation of Financial Information for Board Reports
- Manage cash flow for the Division

ACCOUNTANT - Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project


- Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project
- Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project
- Review account totals related to project assets and expenses
