Based on your child’s performance on the ACCESS English language proficiency assessment,
which was administered in January, she/he is no longer considered Limited English Proficient.
She/he has attained an English proficiency level of ( ) out
of a total of 6.0 possible. For this reason, as well as an ability to perform grade-level work in
the classroom, your child is being exited from English language services. The English Language
Learner department will continue to monitor your child’s progress.
