1, TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

I am a professional woman in the field of business, I have studies at remintong university and a
diploma in IFRS.

I am currently directing a project for a local company which has given me the opportunity to grow
in my field and gain experience in the business world.

I am characterized by being very reluctant and leading work teams within the scope of the planned
objectives, I like to empower myself with my responsibilities and face challenges that help me to
grow and demonstrate how competent I am.

2. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

We all have skills as we are allowed to develop them, but I am characterized by being very
oriented towards the achievement of objectives. I have the ability to communicate assertively and
equally guide my work teams.

I am facilitated to manage technological tools for the development of projects and day-to-day
tasks.

3. WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES?

I have always looked at weaknesses as opportunities for improvement, I consider that the remains
are those moments where you can show that with good attitude everything is possible.

An opportunity for improvement in my professional field I think is the planning, to align your
purposes with that of the other work teams.

4. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS?

For me it is important to stipulate time for the goals and objectives that I set for myself.

In 5 years I see myself as a master in international trade, there are a lot of people out there with
knowledge to share and I want to be part of it.

5. WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOU OUR COMPANY?

Microsoft is an example of the type of companies that reinvent themselves to sustain themselves
in the market, the technological changes of these last years have been the proof of how the
company has been adapting to the needs of the market, offering a world of new services and
products for new generations and new business models.

6. HOW WELL DO YO HANDLE CHANGE?

I think that changes are those moments when creativity puts you to the test.

For me, changes are challenges, they are opportunities where companies and professionals are
forced to face rapid adaptation, from there you can surf new ideas, methods and projects that
reflect how competent you can be.

7. DO YOU WORK WELL UNDER PRESURE?

Like the changes, working under pressure I also consider those moments where you have the
opportunity to demonstrate your full potential, your skills and abilities to survive the work world, I
am not afraid of working under pressure because as I said previously the weaknesses must be seen
as capabilities.

8. HOW DO YOU MAKE IMPORTANT DECISIONS?

Making decisions is not easy, I think that good decisions are a mixture of analyzing the information
provided by the environment and trusting a little in what the heart dictates.
