GDS guarantees that if within 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes earlier, of the below listed panels there shall be found any defect caused by faulty design on GDS part or by faulty material or workmanship nol caused by fair wear and tear, damage in transit, accident, misuse o neglect, GDS shall supply free of charge, such new or repaired part/s as may be required to make good the effect. All equipment shall be stored, handled, Installed at site with proper care. GOS shall have no liability for damage resulting from improper storago/installation or operation af the equipment, accidents, natural forces, and operations beyond rated capacities or design specifications. GDS shall not be responsible for repairs or replacements made by other parties without Its consent ‘and the warranty for the whole panel will become void in such casos. GDS maximum liability in case of any defect during warrantee period is limited only to replacement of such defective items.
