AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION

I, FELOMINA M. MANASAN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and

with residence and postal address at Siapno Rd., Pacdal, Baguio City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and state that:

I am the Licensee of Tailoring Business under the trade name of Aries

10 Tailoring Shop with business address at No. 20 Siapno Rd., Baguio City,
Philippines;

I started operating the said business sometime in the year 1980’s.

Thereafter, when I went to work abroad, I surrendered my Business Permit on
March 20, 1997;

During my absence, my husband continued our business but only to

finish and dispose the remaining dresses left and only caters to a few
customers particularly in favor of relatives;

However, when I return to the Philippines sometime in the year 2003, I

and my husband decided to cease operating the said business considering
that we only incur business losses instead of an income;

Up to the present date, I never continued operating the said business;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

declarations and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
