It’s time to make the nose!
Now you are going to stop working
in the round and start using flat
crochet:
R21. 10sc, ch1 turn
R22. Dec, 6sc, dec, ch1 turn
R23. 8sc
R24. Dec, 4sc, dec, ch 1 turn
R25. 6sc, ch1 turn
R26. Dec, 2sc, dec, ch1 turn
R27. 4sc, ch1 turn
R28. 2dec, ch1 turn
R29-31. 2sc
R32. dec
This part can be a little tricky, now you need to play with the nose and the hood,
if you see that the hood is too long take one or two rounds between R29-31 and
adjust it to the head. After that do the last decrease (R32)
R33. now you need to do sc from the tip of the hood to the top till you arrive again
to R20, then start working again in the round: 9sc, dec, 4sc, dec, 8sc, dec, 4sc, dec,
3sc, dec, 4sc, now from the top do sc all the way down to the tip of the nose.
Cut the yarn and leave a length enough for sewing the tip of the hood to the nose
and to secure it to the head in the parts that are marked in the image!
Now you can attach the nose, then the hood and finally make the little black nose!

Eyes

With black thread build the eyes as you can see in the picture! With 6 stitches apart
(the beginning from the end) and 3 rounds tall, with 2 stitches apart from the nose.
To give your fox a cute touch just put some blush on her cheeks or some eye lashes!
Ears (make 2)
Start with dark brown:
R1. 4sc magic ring
R2. (sc, inc) x2 (6 sts)
R3. (inc, sc) x3 (9 sts) in the last sc change to the same
color that you used on the hood
R4. 9sc
R5. (2sc, inc) x3 (12 sts)
R6-7. 12 sc
R8. (3sc, inc) x3 (15 sts)
R9-10. 15 sc
R11. (4sc, inc) x3 (18 sts)
R12. (5sc, inc) x3 (21 sts)

Body
Continue after the head is done.
In the first round you need to attach the hood and the head! Before starting divide
the hood equally letting out 5 stitches to attach together with the head.
Start the round doing sc together between the loops of hood and the hood during
the first 5 stitches, after that five stitches continue in the head only!
R1. 5sc (working in the loops of the hood and the head), 7 sc (just on the head
stitches) (12 sts)
R2. 12 inc (24 sts)
R3. (2sc, inc) x8 (32 sts)
R4-10. 32 sc
R11. On the back loop: (2sc, dec) x8 (24 sts)
R12. 12 dec (12 sts) fill with polly fill till is tight
R13. 6dec (6 sts)
Cut the yarn and close the magic ring!

Paws
Use a contrasting/darker color to make the paws!
Cut to pieces of yarn and do each paw separately, with 2 stitches tall and 5 stitches
apart. Pass the yarn more or less 5 to 6 times up and down!
Cotton Tail
Use white of a cotton (or candy)color of
your choice and start to do the topping!
