COIN SEPERATOR MACHINE

SYNOPSIS

The object of this project is to separate the different coin in the various tray by

using cam method. The operation of coin separator machine is performed by using a A.C

Motor, cam Mechanism, and coin separator tray arrangement. The coin is held at a

Hooper which is fixed to the top of the tray. The every tray is having different diameter of

holes depends upon the coin diameter.

INTRODUCTION

The machine is useful to separate the coin very accurately. The advantage of the

machine is that it is portable and low cost machine.

Need For Automation

Automation can be achieved through computers, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics,

etc., of these sources for low cost automation. Automation plays an important role in

mass production.

Degrees of automation are of two types, viz.

Full automation.

Semi automation.

In semi automation a combination of manual effort and mechanical power is

required whereas in full automation human participation is very negligible.

 It produces small noise.
