Hook and boom over-hoist prevention devices
Hook and boom over-hoist prevention devices are used for preventing the crane from the accidents because
of the over-hoist.
Hook over-hoist prevention device
When the hook (main/ aux. hook) is lifted up to a certain height and touches the block which in turns activate
the micro switch (which will be in open position) by the spring tension and it will cut off the power supply to
the control circuit which controls the hook hoist up action and light up the warning lamp and activate the
buzzer. Only hook lowering action is allowed and the hoisting action is stopped automatically to prevent
over-hoist from happening. If main and aux. hooks work simultaneously, the two hooks can not do lifting
action, for two micro switches are in series.
Boom over-hoist prevention device
The boom upper limit angle is controlled by moment limiter and boom upper limit switch.
Boom lifting operating condition
When the boom upper limit angle is more than 80°, the moment limiter will continuously alarm and send out
the signal. The rise of boom will stop. At the same time, the limit switch is cut off. The boom stops rising.
Load moment limiter
The limiter can monitor the work of the crane real time. You can press the key to set the values of all working
conditions.
When rated lifting moment at 0% ≤ lifting moment ≤ 90% of rated lifting capacity, the square load light will
turn green , at this time, display screen is showing load proportional bar in green color.
When rated lifting moment at 90% ≤ lifting moment ≤ 100% of rated lifting capacity, square load light will turn
yellow, at this time, moment limiter has approached overload, so more attention for driver.
moment limter display screen will show moment proportional bar to be in the yellow zone, yellow alarm light
of display will light and buzzer sends out discontineous alarm.
When rated lifting moment at 100% ≤ lifting moment ≤ 105% of rated lifting capacity, square load light will
turn red, at this time, moment limter display screen will show moment proportional bar to be in the red zone,
red alarm light will light and sends out discontineous alarm, but the boom is till under circumstance without
control for lifting.
When lifting moment ≥ rated lifting moment 105%, square load light will turn red, at this time, moment limter
display screen will show moment proportional bar to be in the red zone, red alarm light will light and
moment limiter sends out discontineous alarm,at this time, boom is under circumstance of control with lifting,
so main/aux.hook will hoist and boom would stop derricking to warn ambient personnel for attention.
Three-color load indicator
The three-color load indicator installed is for the personnel on site to know the current load status.

Anemometer
Anemometer is to test the wind speed on the top of boom. The display in the cabin will show current wind
speed in the display screen through CAN.
Brakes and locking devices
Brakes: main and auxiliary winch brakes, boom derricking winch brake and slewing brake.
Locking devices: main and auxiliary winch pawls, boom derricking winch pawl and slewing locking device.
Load sensor and angle sensor
Load sensor is used for testing the load.
The angle sensor on the boom foot is used for testing the
current angle.
Level gauge
The device is used for testing the angle between the machine and the ground. The device can ensure that
the ground condition will conform to the requirements for the crane.
Angle scale
The angle scale on the boom foot shows the current angle of the boom.
Slewing alarm device
The buzzer will sound when the crane is slewing.
Boom upper limit alarm device
The buzzer will sound when boom reaches upper limit.
Main and aux. hoist limit device
The buzzer will sound when hook over-hoists.
Overload alarm device
The buzzer will sound when the crane is overloaded.

Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system are consisted of main pump, motor, solenoid control valve, hydraulic-control

multi-way valve, hydraulic oil tank and combination cooler. This system adopt , stable and reliable valve
system to be controlled, advanced element inland , and which all are combined with optimization such as
reliable performance, stability, convenient operation, accuracy and easy maintenance.
Main system can be consisted of three pumps, control system is composed of single pump, two groups
multi-way valve, the compound action (slewing, traveling, derricking, main winch and aux.winch) can be
performed simultaneously.
Control system
Hydraulic pilot control, hydraulic system can procure optimum use power when working , micro-speed
control can be done and can live up to energy saving when non-working.
Electronic monitoring system
The electronic monitoring system always monitors the current conditions of the engine.
Main winch and aux. winch
To be composed of by plunger motor, balance valve, planetary reduction gear, normal-closed brake and wire
rope . single control can be performed with two function of different hoist/lower speed and free fall, which
can enhance working efficiency and safety. With protective function of ratchet wheel and pawl to prevent
heavy object from sinkage due to stop the crane for a long time.

Derricking device
Derricking device is composed of fixed ration displacement motor, balance valve, planetary gear box,
normally closed brake, pulley block and wire rope. This system can be controlled independently with ratchet
wheel pawl protective device, which can prevent boom falling from stopping the crane for a long time.
Wire rope diameter : φ20mm
Max. rope speed : 52m/min.
Slewing system
To be composed of by ration plunger motor, reduction gear, slewing cushion valve, brake and slewing
bearing. Driven by the motor through planetary reduction gear. the swing system provides 360°rotation,
which adopt inner-mesh structure with the function of safety, good appearance, reliable and stable slewing
as well as slewing automatic inosculation.
Slewing speed;2.4r/min
Two machine retention pins at front-back are locked and can be operated in the cab by lock
Cabin
The width of the cabin is 920mm. There are air-conditioner, heater, rear view mirror, wiper, stereos and fire

extinguisher in the cabin. The electronic monitor and moment limiter with large screen are in the cabin. The
seat can be adjusted.
Counterweight
The counterweight is consisted of five pieces, total weight are 25t, CounterweightⅠis 8.55t , counterweight
Ⅱ is 9t, counterweight Ⅲ and Ⅳare all 2.68t, counterweightⅤis 2t.

Undercarriage
Chassis : Extending and retracting structure
Track rollers
Each side has 10 track rollers equipped with bushings,
seals and lubricating oil.
Track shoe
The left and right crawlers have 126 track shoes. The width of every track shoe is 800mm. the tension state
of track shoe can be adjusted by the hydraulic jack until the adjusting plate reaches the ideal position.
Crawler drive
Independent hydraulic propel drive is built into each crawler side frame. Each drive consists of a hydraulic
motor propelling a drive sprocket through a planetary gearbox. Hydraulic motor and gearbox are built into
the crawler side frame within the shoe width.

Boom
The insert section has the equal cross section. The top and
foot have the variable cross sections. The boom is the lattice
structure welded with steel pipes.
