SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into on _10/11/2019.

BETWEEN
MS. LALITA
AND
MR. JANKI MAHARAJ

WHEREAS disputes and differences had and arisen between the Parties hereto and a (Description

and Case no.) was files before the (Court of ADJ II).

AND WHEREAS the matter was reffered to Mediation/Conciliation vide 321, an order dated

(09/10/2019) passed by (ADJ II).

AND WHEREAS the Parties agreed that Mr. /Mrs. Nishant Kumar, Advocate, would act as their

Mediator/Conciliator in the matter of Mediation and Conciliation proceedings.

AND WHEREAS Several meetings were held during the process of Mediation/ Conciliation from

(10/10/2019) to (08/11/2019). The Parties have with the assistance of the Mediator/Conciliator

voluntarily arrived at an amicable solution resolving the above mentioned disputes and differences.

The Parties hereto confirm and declare that they have voluntarily and of their own free will arrived

at this Settlement Agreement in the presence of the Mediator/ Conciliator.


The following Settlement has been arrived at between the Parties hereto:

i. To re-appoint Ms. Lalita as the employee in NRITYA Company.

ii. Ms. Lalita to be allowed to complete her project Shakuntla

iii. Ms. Lalita has to take prior consent of the company if she goes over budget in future

iv. Company will give 6 months prior notice, if in future they want Ms. Lalita to leave

her job.

v. Proper reason to be given by the company before doing so.

vi. Ms. Lalita will work according to the protocol of company

vii. Ms. Lalita to be given credit of her prior work and recent work in Shakuntla

By signing this Agreement, the Parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands

against each other with respect to the suit/claim/proceedings filed by (Ms.Lalita) and all the

disputes and differenced in this regard have been amicably settled by the Parties hereto through

the process of Conciliation/ Mediation.

That the Parties undertake before this Hon’ble Court to abide by the terms and conditions set out

in the Agreement and not to dispute the same in future.
