omnipotent, who helped me accomplish this task on time. I feel satisfied and glad that I have
completed this study within specific duration.
This internship report might never have been completed without the necessary practical

knowledge on employee job satisfaction. Thanks to all those persons, who have assisted me,

 Executive Summary
The primary focus of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Banglalion Wimax as
per the financial statements from year 2014 to year 2018. This report contains six parts. The
first segment is called introduction that discusses the background, objective, methodology and
limitation of the report. The data used here are mostly collected from secondary sources and
obtained from annual reports of the concerned company. The second part contains the profile of
Banglalion Wimax and gives a brief idea about the nature of business of the company. The next
segment gives a brief idea of the literature review and theoretical framework for the study. This
section provides basic knowledge before moving onto the overall performance analysis part. It
talks about the steps and tools for measuring financial performance. Chapter five is called the
data analysis part which is the most important segment of this report. The analysis and findings
of the study are gathered from this part. Ratio analysis is used as a tool for measuring the
financial performance of Banglalion Wimax. A number of ratios are calculated here to evaluate
the profitability, liquidity, efficiency and leverage of the company. There are a lot of graphs and
charts which are the pictorial representation of the ratios. These graphs and charts show trends
in financial statements for the company in the last five years. Ratio analysis is a tool to review
quantitative characteristics. In the findings part, some key observations about Banglalion
Wimax are described. These observations are the results obtained from the previous section.
The final segment of the report is called recommendations and conclusion. Some
recommendations are suggested for Banglalion Wimax based on the findings. Finally, a brief
discussion is given to conclude this report.
