Full Service Maintenance Agreement
Contains :
 Supply all the consumables (toner, drum, developer, etc. except paper).
 Service maintenance including repairing service by certified technician and spare parts
replacement.
 Minimum Rental period is 24 month and Minimum Contract Service (for ORS system) is 60
month.

3 (Three) Hours Down Time Guaranteed

 Machine Down Time (Resolution Time) less than 3 (three) working hours
 Guarantee starts since customer call is received by Astragraphia Call Centre until
machine can be used normally.
 This guarantee is valid for Metro area (< 30 km from Astragraphia office), Monday - Friday
at 08.00 – 17.00 WIB (break time at 12.00 – 13.00 WIB)

Compensation of Our Failure

 Ten percent (10%) discount from MoP (Mark on Paper / number of printed pages) of that
machine with terms and conditions applied.
 Discount can not be accumulated and only valid for max. one time for one month.
 Discount will be given automatically on customer invoice.
