Nutanix EOL/EOS Bulletin – NX-1065S (Ivy Bridge)

We are committed to providing high quality, supportable products to our customers. Rapidly changing
technologies drive the need to introduce new products and integrations, and to EOL older products. The
Nutanix EOL policy can be found at our customer support portal.

Nutanix announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Intel Ivy Bridge based platform - NX-
1065S (NOTE: This announcement does not apply to the Intel Broadwell based NX-1065S-G5 platform).
The last day to order the affected product(s) is September 5th, 2017.
The previous end-of-sale date of December 7th, 2017 has been amended to September 5th,
2017 due to unexpected component unavailability for this platform.
Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from Nutanix as shown in Table
1 of the EOL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected
product(s). Customers are encouraged to migrate to the newly released Broadwell based configure-to-
order platform(s), for which the detailed information can be obtained at
http://www.nutanix.com/products/hardware-platforms/.

We are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction, and will stock sufficient quantity in our depots to
minimally provide hardware support until the EOL date. Thank you for being a Nutanix Customer!

End of Maintenance Date The last date Nutanix will provide Jun 7th, 2021

product.
End of Service The last date to extend or renew a service Dec 7th, 2021
Contract Renewal Date contract
Note: The contract cannot be renewed past
the EOL Date (Last Date of Support)
Last Date of Support The last date to receive applicable service Dec 7th, 2022
(EOL Date) and support for the product as entitled by
active service contracts or by warranty
terms and conditions. After this date, all
support services for the product are
unavailable, and the product becomes
obsolete.
