This reminder of the approaching renewal date for your maintenance agreement includes details of the
renewal order to assure continued coverage and technical support. The agreement provides a
comprehensive set of tools and solutions for your success.
Your active maintenance agreement includes access to download the latest software updates, hot fixes
and security patches. We continue to integrate our products and add new features, with new releases
aimed at improving your processes, production and safety while increasing the speed of reporting to help
you and your team make near real-time decisions. Most MinePlan software updates are available online
24/7 for immediate download. (If the required update is not available online, please contact your local
support team.)
An active maintenance agreement also ensures continued omni-channel technical support, seven days
a week from phone, web, or email. Hexagon’s support specialists are experts in our solutions and
committed to making your projects a success. Enjoy access online to self-help documentation, webinars
and educational seminars, such as HxGN LIVE.

3. Pricing is contingent upon equipment quantities provided by the customer and is subject to change.

4. Pricing assumes the customer is concurrently purchasing maintenance coverage. Pricing will be valid for 30
days from the date the document was created.
5. Foreign exchange rates are subject to recalculation under any of the following conditions:
1. Thirty calendar days have passed from proposal date.
2. Price list is in USD, presented in USD at 1.00 per 1 USD.
3. If spot rate changes by +/- 10%, order totals will be revalued at present rates.
4. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation and the final local amount charged may vary at the time of
invoicing.

IMPORTANT PERSONAL INJURY NOTICE:

All hexagon safety products, including but not limited To traffic awareness, collision avoidance, fatigue monitoring
systems, fleet management systems, high precision guidance and mine monitoring products are intended as additional
tools to assist in identifying potential danger and managing mining activity such as traffic threats. These products are
to support, not replace, an alert and conscientious driver, operator, or other qualified personnel. No product can detect
all threats within the detection window. Products are not designed as a substitute for proper safe driving and visual
monitoring and scanning procedures. A vigilant, effective person is required at all times in all situations. The vehicle
operator remains fully responsible for operating the vehicle and ensuring the safety of the passengers, pedestrians,
and other traffic. Never use hexagon products for Applications other than their intended and authorized use. Before
installing, handling, using, or servicing any product, review the data sheet, manuals, and application notes to ensure a
comprehensive understanding of the operations and limitations of such product. Failure to comply with these instructions
could result in serious injury or death.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

By signing this Order Form or by issuing a Purchase Order in response to this Order Form, you acknowledge acceptance
of terms, delivery of goods and authority to enter a contract on behalf of your company with no further purchase
requisition required. Any acceptance by Customer of an Order Form or a Quotation, or issuance of a Purchase Order in
response to any Order Form or Quotation, is expressly limited to acceptance of Hexagon Mining Terms and Conditions.
Customer’s ordering of Products (Software, Hardware, Services, Annual Maintenance or Subscription) from Hexagon
Mining shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Hexagon Mining hereby expressly objects to and
rejects any additional or different terms or conditions contained in any Customer Purchase Order (or other Customer-
issued document), unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Hexagon Mining. This Order
Form shall only be binding to Hexagon Mining when accepted as described above, followed by our commencement
of performance, delivery of Products or by execution of a formal written Agreement. You may not cancel or amend an
Order Form once acceptance has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed by Hexagon. Please review this Order
Form carefully for accuracy. Your acceptance indicates not only your agreement to purchase or subscribe, but also the
accuracy of the contents of this Order Form.
