Functionalities

Barcode - features in following module

- Product, Barcode Print, Purchase, Sale, Quotation

Import Product - Import feature for product

- If a product doesn’t exist, create a product while importing products
using a csv file.
- import stock in entry if quantity is there while importing products

Product field - Product fields assignment industry wise, which can be enabled from
product settings.

Multiple Tax for - There can be multiple taxes for products based on quantity ordered.
Product

Sales - Filter 0 tax invoice

- Ability to select multiple invoices and delete at once.
- Date filter in sales list
- do not tax button should be converted into checkbox in quotation and
sales

Assumptions

The following assumptions have been made while estimating the scope of work. Successful
delivery detailed in this proposal is contingent on these assumptions.

● All the content including images will be provided by the client.

● In case of using third party software in development, CLIENT is liable to pay the
software cost.
● CLIENT will provide a single point of contact as coordinator of the project. ZIVAAN
SOLUTIONS will forward all queries and deliverables to that person. However, if any
issue still persists, Escalation Management Procedure will be invoked.
● ‘English’ will be the language for all project related communication, deliverables etc.
● In case of any deviation in the scope of work or any other change, ZIVAAN
SOLUTIONS’s Change Management Process would be invoked.
● During UAT, only bug fixes will be done. Any modifications, enhancements, changes
will follow ZIVAAN SOLUTIONS’s Change Management Process and will be billed
separately.
● After completion of each phase in the development process, if any functionality is
added later on in the next phase, CLIENT will be charged separately.
Maintenance and Support

● 30 days support will be provided for fixing any bugs, errors or problems in our code.
However, if you want to include or modify any functionality, then that would be
chargeable extra.
● ZIVAAN SOLUTIONS will update and hold the access to the code files / database files /
server during this period.
● At any moment before the completion of this period, If CLIENT changes or recovers the
passwords, the maintenance period will automatically come to an end.
● Free Maintenance Period will start once ZIVAAN SOLUTIONS has transferred all the code
files related files to the client's server.
● CLIENT needs to report bugs/problems during this period only. Any bug reported after
this period will be charged as per hourly standard rates.
● Code back-up will be available/ kept during this Free Maintenance Period only. Once this
period is over, the client needs to sign up with ZIVAAN SOLUTIONS maintenance plans to
keep this backup/maintenance.
