1 This Statement of Work (hereinafter referred as “SOW”) by and between Holostik (“HOLOSTIK”)
and Client, (here in after referred to as “CLIENT) is made and entered into on 30-01-2017 effective
from 30-01-2017, (“Effective Date”). The term of this SOW is set for until later of a period of 14
Months commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on 31-03-2018, unless extended in writing by the
parties or terminated.

2 Key Business Objective

The company not just builds anti-counterfeiting solutions; but cutting edge technology driven
by the best minds in innovation and using their state-of-the-art technologies. Owing to this, Holostik
has made, managed and retained its impressive list of client in all sectors including pharma, agro,
automobiles, FMCG’s, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, education, etc.
Company are here to make significant contribution in the industry and provide inimitable security
solutions and aims to integrate innovation and technology to protect the value of their partners’ brands
and in the process create a more secure world.
3 Scope of the Services to be performed
3.1 Functional Requirement

Master Pages and Dashboard
Master Pages will include User master, User Master type, Company Master, Customer Master,
Access Rights, List Master, Product Master, Carton Master.
User can login with valid credentials and view dashboard

Number Generator:
Holostik Holograms having QR code and QR code having a unique Number (9 Digit Alpha Numeric
Number). That number is print on Holostik Hologram and to differentiate to any other and with
the help of this number user can authenticate Product genuinely.

Requirement ID: 03
Authenticate Product:
Every Product having QR Code printed Holograms and QR code having an alpha numeric code
along with a URL hosted in web. The moment we scan that hologram it will give that code and
when we redirect that code to web we will get all information about that product like product
Image, Size, MFG unit and message to genuine product and if it is fake then give invalid QR Code
and details will not show.

Carton Slip Generation:
Scope of Carton slip generation to print carton slip having details of carton, every carton having
10 spools and every spools having 10000 holograms means every carton having 1 lakh holograms,
it having spool ID, from No, To No, Quantity, Prefix, Customer Name etc.

Hologram Packing:
Scope of Hologram Packing to mapped spool with Carton it’s having From No., To No., Quantity,
Company Code and Plant Name where it will pack. The purpose of packing details is to map Carton
details with spool means we have to know which carton having which spool. Product mapping of
Hologram is to mapped hologram number with the product means which product has which
hologram number we can know with this. Procedure start with packing to product mapping is very
useful to track product details at every moment. Which carton has series of spools and which
spool has series of holograms and which hologram mapped with which product, with the help of
this we can easily authenticate product.

Dispatch Slip:
System also creating Dispatch Slip it has auto generated Shipment Number, Customer Name
(where we want to dispatch), Billing Address, Shipping Address, mode of Shipment, LR Number
and that carton id what we want to dispatch. It also creates dispatch slip to paste over cartons.

Replacement Hologram:
Scope of Replacement to maintain the stock if any series of holograms or any number of
holograms is damaged or any other reason to not in used so we will not consider that holograms
as a stock because we are not using that also we mention that series of holograms in replacement
records. And the scope of replacement is we can replace only that series of holograms who is in
packed holograms or Stock IN and one more thing if any series of holograms is in replacement
then we cannot map with product that series for the same.

3.2 Non-Functional Requirement

 The resources will be positioned at HOLOSTIK, Noida, India.

 The Bi-Weekly Status Report (WSR) will be executed to highlight, the overall project health,
progress made, risks, issues and any open action items.
 PATANJALI will provide the following items to HOLOSTIK:
 Availability of PATANJALI key personal.

 Arrange for mode of communication (Communication number for conference calls

as and when needed) for HOLOSTIK and PATANJALI teams.

Client Dependency: Product Details (Product Image, Size, UOM etc.)

12 Timeline
Duration – 14 Months – 30-01-2017 to 31-03-2018

Project Plan needs to finalized and approved by Delivery Head before starting the Requirement Design
Phase.

13 Rates, Estimated Fees and Expenses.

The services specified above are provided on a Fixed Price / T&M basis; that is, Client shall pay Holostik
for the milestones achieved.
