BREIF DESCRIPTION
It is our understanding that your institution seeks to design website to render
specific services to your clients and the general public.

We combine strategic thinking and emerging technologies to provide innovative

solutions that consistently break new ground; it is with this foundation we propose
the development of a Website/Blog that will have the following features:

1. Showcase Teams/Clubs
2. User Profile Management (Registrations/Logins)
3. Multimedia Content (Video, Images, Documents and other forms of media)
4. Blog
5. Social media handles integrations
6. News and Updates
7. Content Management System

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project will focus on developing a website to simplify tasks and daily activities
in line with the specific goals.

Our services will include:

1. Creation of a Responsive Website with Sporty UI/UX

2. Creation of all Website Features
3. Design, Development and Deployment of Database
4. Hosting on Dedicated Server
5. Testing and Deployment

PHASE 1 (Requirement Gathering)

Details:
Option 1. Client to gather and provide a document detailing the client requirements

for the entire project. After these requirements are submitted and signed off, Phase
2 of the project commences. OR

Option 2. Consultant to undertake requirement gathering, requirement analysis and

produce a BRD (Business Requirement Document) and an SDD (System Design

Document) and to be signed off by the client.

NB. Duration depends on the availability of the documents from the clients and for
option 2 on the availability the client to provide audience to the consultants.

The estimated delivery date of the entire project (excluding Phase 1) is

Eight Weeks (8) and will be executed in 3 Phases.

PHASE I
Details: Website Prototype Design (Planning, Wire framing, Technical Feasibility
Assessment), Design (UI/UX), Database Design, Database Deployment.

After the completion of this stage, the Website is tested for usability, compatibility,
security, interface checks, stress, and performance. Duration: 4 Weeks

PHASE II
Details: Additional features are implemented, and core functionalities are finalized;
bugs detected during testing are also fixed and application is compiled for second
phase of testing. Duration: 2 Weeks

PHASE III
Details: Implementation of final bug fixes, purchase of Domain and Hosting. Website
is deployed on Servers. Duration: 2 Weeks

DESIGN METHODOLOGY
Preliminary Investigation

Model the system
i. Create a preliminary sport/Football website model
ii. Create a detailed model from the preliminary models
Develop the Design
i. Develop the system databases
ii. Develop the content management system
iii. Test the Website
Registering/Hosting the Website.
Perform support for the entire website.

 LICENCING AND OWNERSHIP, TRAINING AND SUPPORT
After development, testing and final hosting User Access Passwords,
Documentation, Database Access Passwords and files are handed over to selected
personnel (Admin) as appointed by your organization.

Our team will also provide support for the entire system to guide users to a point
where users are comfortable administering the Website. This support will be
provided online via emails, group messaging (WhatsApp), text messaging, video calls
and phone calls.
