Hello X_X_D_GS,

My name is Andrew McKnight and I have been in the market for an online coach for some time
now and all your with all of you accolades in the IFBB combined with your very admirable and envious
physique I felt that you may be a great fit to help me in reaching my goals.
A little background about myself, I'm 27 years old have been training consistently for about 8
combined years. There was a period however, due in part to a series of knee injuries and surgeries, that
was dominated by a severe bout of depression. During which time I did not train, gained a lot of fat
from the medication I was on at the time and only recently have relost the weight and gotten off of the
medication. I in fact from 2017-2018 lost 100lbs and got my body fat from 35% to down around 4-5%
according to the inbody scanner at my local gym which I'm well aware is not the most accurate.
Now that I have gotten my body fat lower I am looking for a coach to help me hit my genetic
potential and basically start to truly build the body I've dreamed of. However also due to my history with
mental illness I still suffer from intense body dysmorphia and see myself as that obese person, which
makes eating a caloric surplus mentally hard, especially when I'm second guessing myself all the time. I
feel like with your background and experience you could not only help me over come these issues, but
build the body I've always wanted from the base I've already created. Also I need an unbiased set of eyes
not just to let me know how I'm progressing but I have no eye for muscle bellies/ insertions or the whole
genetic side of bodybuilding and depending on my level of genetics the idea of competing on stage one
day does sound like a lot of fun, and its not that id need to win or anything I just wouldn't want to make
a fool of myself.
I feel like all these goals are things you could help me achieve however I was curious as to a few
things that I hope could be answered as well so we don't waste each-others time. First is I understand
my situation is slightly unique with the dramatic weight loss over such a short period and combined with
the mental health history I may be a client that has needs different than your average, if that was the case
I want to be sure that was something you had the time and the desire to deal with
Also I was curious how much of a factor someones genetic inclination towards certain foods and
macro nutrients effect your plans, like myself I am a very stereotypical red headed wide waist-ed
endomorph and have always felt like that has had some affect on how well certain diets work over
others.
And finally, I have always wanted to turn my love of fitness and helping people into a career at
some point in time whether through coaching, training, or becoming some type of product ambassador
for something I truly believe in, if you believe the potential is there, is this something you could also
possibly help me with?
