In this light, the following are the BRIGADA COORDINATOR's functions and duties in addition of your

duties and responsibilities as a teacher:

1. Assist the Principal and the Adopt a School coordinator in identifying the potential partner entities
who could be engaged in supporting the school priority programs and projects of the school in the
Brigada Eskwela or School Maintenance week.

2. Assist the Principal and the Adopt a School coordinator in the supervision and implementation of the
Brigada Eskwela program or activity.

2. Assist the Principal and the Adopt a School coordinator to review and approval of the Memorandum
of Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Donation, Deed of Acceptance within internal
and external stakeholder partners

4. Provide advice, support and direction to the School ASP development group and Brigada Eskwela
Technical working group in strategic, resource matters, and other initiative.

5. Assist the Principal to coordinate, facilitate, supervise the conduct of Brigada Eskwela Program.

6. Assist the Principal and the Adopt a School coordinator to provide plans relating to resource
provision, mobilization, networking and linkages.

7. Consolidate and submit Brigada Eskwela Program Reports on generated resources to the District and
Division Brigada Eskwela Coordinator.

8. Attend meetings, seminar, forums, camp and other related activities on official business.

ByThis designation is in addition to your task as SPFL- FRENCH COORDINATOR, LRMDS FOCAL PERSON,
English and French Teacher in the school in school year 2018-2019 and does not entitle you to any
additional renumeration. However, your experience in this line of work is considered as administrative
experience

DO 46 s. 2012 Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of Special Curricular Programs at the Secondary
Level

Assists school administrator in providing information or direction relating to the program for the
purpose of implementing and improving the Special Program for Foreign Languages (SPFL) French in
school.
2. Conducts meetings for the purpose of coordinating school activities including disseminating and
receiving information,

planning and implementing activities/events pertaining to the program.

3. Consult with co-members for identification of program needs and concerns like appropriate
instructional techniques, organization of practices, supplementary learning materials etc. for the
purpose ofproviding guidance and mentoring through LAC sessions.

4. Coordinate to the School head and to the members of the faculty to ensure a positive learning
environment for students and the efficient use of resources within the program area.

5. Make an accomplishment reports to ensure compliance and obtaining input to maximize program
effectiveness.

6. Monitor the inventory of instructional materials, equipment and supplies.

7. Participate meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars, SPFL competitions (for students and teachers)
etc. for professional and personal development.

8. Prepares a variety of reports and written materials (action plan, benchmark objectives, supply orders,
equipment

inventory, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and ensuring compliance of the program.

9. Create a budget plan to address curricular, equipment and supply needs required to implement the
instructional program.

10. Researches new material and recommends pilot projects for the purpose of providing the most
effective program for the students.
