The 12,000 square meter modern engine overhaul
workshop provides complete repair, modification and
overhaul work on the following engines, and it has
been approved by ECAA,FAA and EASA :
 CFM56-7B
 CFM56-3

The engine shop is also approved by ECAA, FAA and

EASA to overhaul GTCP331 APU
We provides modular assembly and repair work on the following
engines:

Approved Repair Station by FAA & EASA for
CFM56-3 and CFM56-7B
The shop has a team of professionals consists of A&P licensed,
certified (rated) technicians and engineers with extensive experience
in engine repair and overhaul.

 Welding and heat treatment

• Plasma & welding shop repairs components and parts of engines

and Heat-treat parts in vacuum and atmospheric furnaces. This
operation is done by certified A/C plasma & welding Technicians.
Thermal Spray machine (APS & HVOF), equipped with a robot
system, provide safe and secure coating on engine components &
parts to the highest standard.
A Fully automated CNC high
speed Grinding Machine for
precision grinding, De-burring
& Measuring the blade tips of
a finished assembled Engine
compressor & Turbine Rotors.
A Fully automated CNC Vertical Grinding Machine with Robotic Tool
Changer for precision grinding & Measuring various casings of Gas
Turbine Engine. In addition, it is designed to grind parts made of
different materials & dimensions with in its field of operation & capacity.

equipped jet engine test cell having a capacity to test engines up to
100,000 pounds of thrust.
